I could not fault this property we will definitely be back.

It was so quirky, we both loved it. The accommodation was spotless. There was a welcome basket with water, hot chocolate, biscuits and crips. The shower was amazing there aren’t many places we have visited where that is the case. Julie was really attentive and was an exceptional host. We had board games and everything. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into this.

Wow, what a weekend! Loved everything about the apartment, from the quirky decor (loved the bicycle in the toilet), to the personal touches like the welcome hamper and haribo for my daughter. The apartment was very comfortable and Julie was welcoming with great communication. A lot of thought and effort has went into making this a memorable stay. The little touches like the fresh flowers make a great impact! We will definitely return! Culross is a lovely quaint village, we spent time exploring, visiting the local Red Lion for food and walking the pier! The market on the green on Sunday was great too.

We liked everything. It is a really nice and spacious apartment and has everything that you could want or need for a stay. It is in a great location and was exactly what we were hoping for...a quiet couple of days away.

The location was great within the historic part of Culross. It is an idea location for a walking holiday and the property allows your dog to stay. There was a lovely welcome pack for us and a pack of treats for our dog.

The flat was spotlessly clean and bright. Although small, the space has been well planned and has lots of lovely decorative features. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided: lots if fluffy towels in the bathroom, soap, shampoo etc. There is a chest full of games to play and shelves of books in the bedroom if you like to relax and read. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic groceries; milk, tea coffee and a basket of goodies too! Our dog loved the bed, bowls and treats supplied for her. Julie was quick to reply to a couple of small queries we had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing anyone arriving should note is not a negative but as we were advised by our host book for dinner if you wish as the pub is the only place to eat in the village in the evening and can get understandably booked out. We got a table no problem but booked a couple of days in advance. Also there is not a grocery shop so bring any necessities or be ready to drive to a shop outwith the village - or you can just eat in the 2 cafes and pub - we mostly ate out as we were only there a couple of nights

We loved this luxury, quirky, beautiful unique place - lots of space and everything you could possibly need and more for a lovely peaceful retreat. Short walk to everything in the stunningly beautiful village of Culross. Fabulous Village pub and delicious cafes with good food less than a minutes walk away. So thoughtfully set up for self catering if you wish with all mod cons and spotlessly clean. Brilliant communication with our fabulous host Julie who also very kindly left us a very much appreciated surprise wee hamper for our arrival. We will be back for sure, loved the place

There was nothing I did not like Teeny bit cold but place warms up after heating is on for a few hours, what else do you expect in the winter… Julie did everything she could to make it comfortable and welcoming.

Beautiful place and wonderful apartment. Felt safe and at home there. Fantastic host and definitely worth a visit.

Unfortunately I got an unpleasant welcome from a local man outside the property when I was stood outside with my bag. He was clearly not happy to see a 'tourist', despite the fact I stay 15 mins away. Not the owners fault!!

I liked the personal touches made by Julie, like the birthday message on the chalkboard and the breakfast hamper. I like the quirky design ideas too!

Very beautiful and cleverly designed space. So many holiday lets look good for photos but lack soul, but this one was genuinely quirky and had a lot of thoughtful touches. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and Culross has beautiful cobbled streets and lots of history. Host had good communication and was very helpful. Two very tired Mum's really appreciated the peace and tranquility of our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a nice quiet town with everything required for our stay. The host, Julie, was great too providing some nice touches throughout including a basket of snacks which was much appreciated after a long drive.

Parts of the bathroom were probably a little impractical for long-term use - you could see through the door into the bathroom and difficult to brush teeth/wash face in the sink without banging head when leaning over the sink. We would have also liked a welcome folder - how things work, nearby attractions, history of the property, etc. I also couldn't get the tv in the bedroom to work. However, these things didn't detract from our stay.

Location was great - Culross is a lovely place to stay, visit and explore so this property was perfect. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very modern. Instructions from the host were spot on too.

I couldn’t get the TV upstairs to work as one of the remote controls was missing batteries. But it’s no big deal! I didn’t want to bother the hosts late in the evening; otherwise, I’m sure they would have helped

Spotlessly clean with beautiful and creative decor. The location is perfect too! The host is incredibly attentive, even leaving treats for our little dog and for us. Thanks so much!

The only downside is the bathroom door being a pretty much see-through sliding door, and the bathroom stays wet after a shower for a long time, even with the extractor fan on. Other than those very minor two things, it's absolutely perfect.

Culross is the most gorgeous location, and the apartment is walking distance from everything. The natural light is lovely - skylights and windows everywhere. The apartment has everything you need, and the host left lovely gifts, too. I've also never stayed in such clean and perfectly presented accommodation. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly nothing negative to report. It was just wonderful the whole thing.

We loved how interesting the owners have made the apartment during their renovations/design. Suited our family of 4 down to the ground. Telly upstairs in the living room next to the kitchen was perfect for the kids. Stunning place. I’ll be rebooking possibly without the kids to come for some peace and quiet just me and my husband! Lovely wee welcome basket and chalkboard welcome were lovely touches. Kids loved the wee reading nook in the master bed.
