Good facilities, easy check in, comfortable apartment. We stayed as a couple in a basic apartment, for what we paid you couldn't complain. The apartment was well equipped.

United KingdomThe leisure centre is open to all and therefore the pool does get very busy.
The accommodation was like a home from home and very quiet with all amenities, including cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower as well as a heated towel rail, and there was free wifi. The double bed was very comfortable and the heating easy to use, via a dial in the bedroom. The location was also great, in a village style setting (with a little shop, pub and pharmacy), which is just a short ten minute walk from a lovely beach.

United KingdomHot water wasn’t working when we arrived , was resolved by Bayley from the out of hours help line. Bayley was great , but it shouldn’t have happened. We had times when the heating system wasn’t on and the rooms were cold. There were no instructions as to how we might have helped managed the heating. Beds were not the most comfortable. Oh and there was no frying pan in the kitchen …… small issue but why not?

This is our third visit to the bay and we have never been disappointed. Ideal location, for visiting local places of intrest, great facilities and great helpful staff. The apartment was great and had everything you needed. The welcome pack for the dog was a lovely touch and it's ideal place to take your four legged members the family who will love the location next to the beach! We will definitely be going back next year!

United KingdomLazy dog owners letting their pets use grass in front of houses to poop on instead of using appropriate areas. Flat did not provide any towels only bath mat and small t towel. So had to go and buy one . But the site does offer to rent them out.

United KingdomWe had to wait longer than booked for check in. There are no towels provided despite this being featured. When requested they charged £6 for them. The pub prices are very high one coke half a lagar two small crisps £10.
Lovely setting. Holiday village. Near the beach. Nice beds. Good facilities in the kitchen dishwasher etc. Dog friendly. Clean.

United KingdomI was a bit confused at booking as I thought the accommodation I was booking was the one in the photo, but it wasn’t. It was an apartment with no outdoor space, but it was ok and adequate for our needs.
The apartment was comfortable and in a good location, a few minutes walk to the shop etc. Although it was on the main road through, it was still quiet. It was a nice walk down to the beach. The reception staff were very helpful and one staff member gave me a helpful tip about my route home from his local knowledge
