Doors not close properly from inside, no receptionist on site/ no one to talk to meet your immediate demand/ needs, room not smiling nice and fresh ( stuffy)etc

Quite disappointed with this room, sheets a bit worn, half empty bottle of water left on table, no soap in shower room, spoon for tea and coffee sticky 😩, didn’t feel comfortable, as a solo traveler I felt a bit uneasy, lots of noise outside the room in corridor and in the street outside

Room was very small, there was no space to move around. No electrical power at the socket merely only one was working. Not enough light inside the room.

The whole building was in a state of disrepair but as its due for demolition later this year I can see why little effort has gone into keeping it up together. The en-suite was tiny and the black mould in the sealant lines were not inviting me into the shower.

Good communication and an early check-in in to drop off bags was helpful.

I am not satisfied with my stay in your hotel ... The bathroom floor is very dirty and I was bitten by insects all night. I'm disappointed..Do some cleaning.

There wasn't any staff you only talk to someone on the phone. Nothing in the property and the TV in the room didn't work. I thought it was a pub when I booked it but its a closed down pub that is made into rooms dull and sparse the only thing I could say was the bed was clean. Wasn't expecting the ritz as it was cheap. But if someone was at hand if you had a problem would of been a help. No information on area or who to contact if a problem arises. Plus the area around was a building ground dangerous if you have mobility issues.

There were doors in the room that led to the back and one of them was open and did not have any locks provided, when called the staff on the phone as no one was around, they liquidated us without giving a solution,

The entrance door wouldn't lock and I could hear a clicking noise all night,the staff called me over the phone to direct me to my room instead of greeting me there,the bahtroom's shower didn't look very clean,under the bed there was so much dust trash,the bed was held by 2 pieces of wood,I literally fell through the bed at some point,for the bathroom I was given some pill sized hand wash

The bed was soft,the locking system was easy to use and efficient,plenty of clean towels

It's a dump! The profile photo is misleading, it's not the "charming pub" it's portrayed to be, it is a low class boarding house on the corner of a housing estate that I wouldn't walk through in the dark! Their add says "free parking", actually it's restricted on-street parking free at certain times of day.

I have not seen any staff member. To check in I had to call a phone number that was written on a note on the door and follow some vague instructions to let myself in. Had to call that number again later after not being able to close my hotel room door. Upon check out the place still seemed abandoned, so I decided to just leave the key and go. The shower had a huge green spot on the floor, as if it had been patched up. Only decided to use it because I was freezing and hadn't discovered the radiator yet. Once I turned that on later, the room quickly became uncomfortably warm. Was excited about the kettle with complimentary tea bags, but inevitably let down when said kettle wouldn't turn on (yes, the outlet was switched on).

Area not good at all. Man wandering corridor out if his head begging for food. Man spat out of the window in the room above me. On a notorious estate but not mentioned on write up.
