It is not functioning hotel. Run down area and run down accommodation. Would not have felt safe if alone. The family room was shabby.

Parking was very hit and miss street parking with no time limits was poor The shower was very old and grubby but the hot water was good. Only good for a short stay and defiantly a work persons place to stay only

the location was ok as I was only working 2 miles away so did not have to go through the town centre where the traffic is bad. Pub and shops very close by.

I didn’t feel particularly safe to be honest, it needs a real paint it’s very run down and smells. Clean sheets though and I was ok just the windows don’t open for safety and it was like a hot box. Then to top it off in the morning I got to listen to the man in the opposite room being violently sick - he looked like one of the men who stay at the property. It was absolutely vile!

Staff I met were genuinely friendly. Nobody at reception but came to meet and a man came to help me with wifi. Did have clean sheets!

The room and toilet were not clean - The toilet needs a good go with some bleach - the plugs and sockets for kettle etc. were very dirty too - the whole room was tired and the paper was peeling from the ceiling looked like there has been a leak streaks down the red wall with mirror. The cupboard was broken. the tv very tiny! There was not a thriving pub like it looks on the pictures and no food available had to find alternatives on the high street.

Could be a great little room has all you need and I was really happy to have a fan and when the remote for the telly didn't work due to lack of a battery this was resolved immediately the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable. There were nice touches proper Nescafe, Lux soap and Biscoff biscuits

key left outside on window sill and greeted via ring doorbell tiny bathroom. thin walls so could hear anyone moving around. tv so small its not really useable. wifi very slow in my room. might be better in different areas of the hotel

ideal location for if you are travelling alone or for work. price is far cheaper than anything else you could get in the area. there is free street parking. the shops and takeaways are a short walk.

I am sorry, but almost everything else. We knew it would be "basic" because of the price and were quite happy with that, however there is basic and basic! From the photos it looks like a lovely old pub - in reality, it is a run down property which had neither food nor drink as the pub "wasn't open". It was right in the middle of a council estate and parking was on the road. The address says "Hampton Wick", but is isn't - I lived in Hampton for 28 years and unless Hampton Wick has moved, they are not there. Go by the postcode, not the place. It is Kingston, not Hampton Wick. We mentioned this to them, but they didn't seem bothered. said I should tell you!. What was more worrying was that the taxi (recommended by them) couldn't wait to tell us that the estate was not safe and what were we doing staying there! We will not be going back!

Nothing, I suggest you make visits before putting them on your site. May be the last time I use Booking.com.

Room filthy, cockroaches on the pillows, photo to prove, comings and goings all night, none of the staff spoke English. At 02.00 in the morning my driver gave up and went to sleep in his van. I have been using Booking.com for years for both myself and for work and this is the worst experience we have ever had. This place needs taking off your site. And this is the best thing I can say about the place.

My only issue was the tv didn't switch on but that's a small problem!

Room was what I needed and excellent value for money! Bed was comfortable, room was warm and quiet at night! Had basically everything i needed!
