Everything was absolutely amazing, we had a restful stay, thank you Suzanne for the well thought out arrival pack which helped so much including the Easter egg 😄. The views were stunning and the accommodation was fantastic, top quality, we will definitely book here again.

The setting ,all it's home comforts. Everything well presented and clean. Very welcome provisions on arrival. A place to park our car near to the property. And so so quiet and relaxing,and a good sized property,and beautiful views . Nice to meet our host and hostess.

Nothing. It was exceptional. Would love to come back. We did, however, get the vibes that we wouldn’t be welcome again? We did make the mistake of inviting a couple of friends over with their dog. In retrospective this was a bad move on our part. However, despite apologising for the oversight, we felt this upset the dynamics. Have stayed in Leyburn over 20 years. This was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in, but not sure we’d revisit the Byre, for this reason alone.

The peace and quiet. Spectacular location. Loved walking across the field to Leyburn and back. Magnificent views of the sunrise and sunset. Great watching the bats and jackdaws in the evening. Accommodation was top drawer; absolutely superb. Spotless and beautifully furnished. Very comfy bed, excellent shower, great stereo system, and welcome box of goodies was a very nice touch.

Suzanne and Paul were wonderful hosts. The property was gorgeous and had everything you need, even a welcome pack included with milk, bread and treats. Location was fab, and some beautiful falls in the local area to explore.

What a beautiful place to stay. The Byre is very well equipped for a break away. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Stunning views from inside and the patio, which is a great place to sit and have a drink and watch the sunset. Sussane is really friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The lovely touch of leaving a box of goodies was a very nice touch. I'm already looking forward to going back.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, the place was beautiful and the location was perfect. There was a little welcome pack with crisps, cookies, bread and milk which was a lovely surprise. We had such an amazing time and would definitely book this place again.

It was lovely to stay at the Byre. There were so many waterfalls closely, and the hosts were very friendly ! I would recommend this place, and we will be back for sure :)

Excellent location for exploring and walking in the Yorkshire Dales. Lovely views from the property. Quiet and comfortable accommodation and very friendly and welcoming host. Would definitely stay again and recommend. The Wagon Wheels were a lovely surprise !

There was nothing to dislike

The scenery was beautiful. We saw bats an owl and swallow along with some very noisy curlews. The cottage itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Definitely come back again

The long drive from Berkshire to Leyburn, the M1 was terrible!

Great property just on the outside of the village of Leyburn, extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. Great views over the Dale's, great sun set. The photos don't do it justice.

I like a table beside the sitting area I did use the windowsill at the back of the sofa. I also like a footstool but if that is the only negative comment I have.

The property is very close to Leyburn. The host left bread and milk for us on arrival which was very much appreciated. The Living kitchen diner was quite compact but well decorated. Lovely views from the windows in a lovely part of the country

Real hidden gem, Suzanne the host was very helpful & lovely. The property is furnished to a high standard & is beautiful spotless & very comfy beds & sofas. Everything you could need for a relaxing break. Bonus of a goody box from Suzanne with delicious bread milk & cookies. Would highly recommend & hopefully will be definitely coming again. Lovely walk right outside cottage to Harby waterfall half hour away.

Location, spotlessly clean, contact with owners before arrival and on site. Close to Leyburn, set in the beautiful NY Dale's. Quiet and relaxing, well equipped.

Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Extras like milk, cereal, bread, coffee/tea, toiletries all included. Lovely comfy beds, fluffy towels & robes all add to a great experience. Loved the location too. Will definitely return in future 🤩

I don't check my emails when I'm on holiday. Returned home to discover we'd been logged in to the previous occupants' Netflix account; they'd forgotten to sign out. Embarrassed Luddites are us!

The Byre is lovely. Everything is thoughtfully organised, attractive and immaculate. We had a very relaxing stay -- the bed is so comfortable -- and we couldn't have hoped for more.

A beautiful property, very clean, spacious, plenty of room for my three kids and I. Amazing location, we visited Leyburn, Richmond and Middleham Castle during our two night stay. Also popped down to The Bolton Arms in Leyburn for some lovely pub grub. Suzanne was a wonderful host, and we hugely appreciated our little basket of goodies upon arrival Couldn’t ask for more and we will most certainly be back in the Summer to explore more of the area

Property was simply amazing. We were comfortable and felt home from home here. Lots of space for my 3 year old to run around and play. Facilities were perfect as well. Owners also extremely friendly and very helpful and responsive when we got in contact.
