Nice rooms, lively and pleasant bar for an evening. The whole place was very clean. Friendly and with accommodating staff. A nice breakfast to finish a good quality few days. Recommended.

Rooms a bit on the smaller side. Hard to find somewhere to put your things in the bathroom - could do with a shelf. But otherwise brilliant.

Great location right near Battersea Power Station and the tube. Rod and his team were extremely welcoming. Surprisingly quiet at night given the location. Great breakfast.

Absolutely nothing 😊

We travelled from leeds and had a 3 hour delay on the train due to a fault on the breaks, I emailed the hotel and was reassured that we would still be able to book in, on arrival ( nearly midnight) nothing was too much trouble a warm welcome by Rod and showed us to our room and left us to get some sleep having a early appointment for my granddaughter at the US Embassy we were welcomed to a fabulous breakfast and the same fabulous hospitality. I would highly recommend the Duchess Bell to anyone clean comfortable and excellent staff, thank you Rod and staff for an excellent stay.

Fantastic !! On arrival we had a very happy welcoming by the staff behind the bar, who led us to check in. They asked us if we would like our complimentary drinks now or later which we thought was a lovely touch as unexpected. We met Rod (manager) at check in who was also very welcoming and friendly and stayed that way throughout our stay, he called you by name and made time to come and speak if he saw you. The hotel is wonderful !! The location is literally opposite the tube station, so very very convenient after a day of sightseeing. In the bar area Wether you sit inside or out you can see a TV for sports ETC.. there is also a balcony on the first floor overlooking the power station where you can sit and drink whilst people watching, The rooms are small which makes it cosy, beds and pillows very comfortable. Overall our stay was fantastic and will 100% be booking here again when visiting London, we could not fault 1 thing with this hotel….. Thank you x

Lovely greeting on arrival and shown to our room which was very clean and perfectly suitable for a two night stay. The staff were great for the whole of our stay, and the cooked breakfast each morning was good.

All around friendlier staff would have been great the main bartender that was working and some understaff were very abrupt and sometimes ignored us.

Some of the staff was exceptional, the older gentlemen and an older lady that helped us were great. Some of the other staff were more abrupt and nearly rude. The interior was charming and the food was good.

No air con in the room

Such a great location for an event in Battersea but best of all was the warm welcome from Rod and the team. We ended up coming back for late night burgers. Rooms comfy, Breakfast was lovely.

I really can't think of anything. It's not that things couldn't be improved I guess but there was nothing that occured to me at the time or now afterwards.

Although the bedroom wasn’t big, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, great convenient location opposite Battersea Underground and Power Station. Staff were super friendly and helpful and price including breakfast was very reasonable, definitely recommend.

Breakfast was excellent. Large portions, superbly cooked and served with a smile. Cocktails great with affordable prices. Balcony in the sunshine with flower boxes around. The most friendly and welcoming team which made the stay. Looks even better than on the photographs. We really lucked out in this little oasis just a short stroll from Battersea power station.

I like that it has almost everything that a 5 star hotel can provide you. But obviously they are not a 5 star hotel, they really have put every detail to match. Well done. Breakfast was provided and on the day the we were serviced by AHMAD, he was exceptional. So thank you so much.

Nothing really. The rooms are not very big, but in our case it was not a problem.

It’s a beautiful pub, it’s directly opposite the exit of the Battersea Power Station underground, the room was lovely and very clean. Also there was very good soundproofing from the windows, and we were located near the road, so we were very impressed by this too. The staff was very nice and welcoming, we enjoyed the food we had and the outdoor seating (with massive outdoor TVs!) at the back is made to look very pretty and light, I loved the butterflies everywhere there!

The rooms were a little on the small side but I have stayed in smaller rooms in London so I didn't mind this. Although the pub downstairs is dog friendly, unfortunately the hotel rooms are not which is a little disappointing but I can understand why they may not want to.

Great location opposite Battersea Power Station with the tube literally across the road so it was very easy to commute around the city. Clean comfy rooms even if they are on the small side but if you're a Pink Floyd fan, you'll love it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and there is a good breakfast served every morning. Although it is situated above a great dog friendly pub, I couldn't hear much noise coming from the pub during my stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Really friendly staff, couldn't do enough for me. The pillows on the bed were amazing, I need to know where they purchased these. Breakfast was excellent too and location was directly opposite the underground and battersea power station. Simply perfect 👌
