The room we were in was quite small, without any sort of view. We had to pay a lot extra to have a sea view room, which is a shame but to be expected I suppose. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive which when already spending a bit more on a nice hotel, was a bit of hardship.

A lot of lovely little touches to make our stay comfortable - cookies and milk at bedtime (at reception desk), lots of entertainment for little ones (soft play, big games, outside play, indoor cinema). The staff were all lovely and attentive.

There was only one downside, floors in the bedrooms are cracking way too much! In the mornings we were woken up by people staying above us because the floors make big noise.

While hotel was excellent value but the breakfast was extra and at £20 was expensive.

Staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Staff in restaurant were lovely. Room was small but the view was beautiful. Would highly recommend a sea view when booking.

Paying for parking for hotel guests otherwise no guarantee of parking space. Food not great - applies for breakfast & dinner. Lots of room for improvement here

There was hardly any sound proofing in the room, I could hear neighbours walking around and flushing their toilet. The food was not as good quality as i expected. In fact I did complain about the standard of prawn cocktail and was given a discount.

The organisation. The pool and jacuzzi didn’t look clean. Looked like they needed emptying and cleaning. Had to send back my steak as asked for it blue and it came out medium.

We didn’t dislike anything while we stayed there.

Every staff member we spoke to were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was light, airy and has great views. We wished we booked two nights. We loved the food, the kids loved the pool, the cocktail bar looked stunning but we couldn’t go in as adults only obviously. The room above us was noisy until 11pm ish and again from 6am just someone walking about in their room. It wouldn’t stop us staying again though

Our only major disappointment was that the menu in the lift had pizza listed on it. We booked in for dinner only to discover this was only a sample menu in the lift and there was in fact no pizza on either the adult or kids menu. My daughter was very disappointed about this. However they do deliver pizza to the room after 9pm and we did this another night to make up for the initial disappointment .

Excellent location, just across the road from the beach. A short stroll to the town centre,Staff were friendly often greeting me by saying "hello my lovely" and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we were looked after very well in the restaurant.
