Ver noisy hearing the people upstairs, really loud! In the future we’d only book if there was a room available on the top floor.

super young family orientated. having the restaurant right by the kids area which was open even during breakfast made it super loud with kids running everywhere. I would suggest they close the kids play area for at least breakfast so others can enjoy a peaceful breaky.

the staff were outstanding. every single one of them super friendly. service in restaurant was second to none.

Love everything about the hotel! Only think can be improved is the variety of breakfast , what it is offered is good but not many choices for the buffet. Internet wasn’t v fast but all the rest was just perfect ! Thanks again for the lovely stay !

Staff were useless. Made requests and not one was fulfilled. I asked for rose petals to which they confirmed. But there was none as I walked into the room so the surprise was ruined. Also ended up having to pay for breakfast twice, they tried to kick us out our room an hour and a half early leading me and my girlfriend rushing to leave instead of enjoying our last few moments on holiday.

Rooms were good size, good value for money. Very clean establishment and the facilities are amazing. Really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi.

We had a leak in our room and had to be moved. Booking.com didn’t pass information about our dog so additional charges needed to be added.

We didn’t get an opportunity to eat in the restaurant because there was an hour wait for food! Although the beds were comfy we had to sleep with the tv on to drown out the noise of the creaky floor above our room, the people above us walked around all night, it was constant!!!

Staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and the facilities were fantastic, hotel is in a great location.

There were so many little thoughtful details. Such a great stay for kids with a soft play, cinema room and swimming pool. Everything was comfortable, clean and a great standard for the price. Lovely staff too.

the room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable, the room was noisy from children running screaming up corridor and doors slamming. we did go to room to rest before our evening meal but we couldn’t as the noise and also with doors banging and noise just vibrated through floor. the headrest to bed was at the wrong side of room as this was against the corridor side. The swimming pool was also not relaxing as kids screaming and shouting in pool and kids using hot tub so it made it hard to use. we understand that it is a family hotel but I think there could of been things put in place for couple and families. I.e different levels for families and couples. swimming pool monitored by staff. I think because the hotel was a lovely clean standard we accepted it, also when we did complain to the receptionist who had her badge a supervisor her attitude was well the kids go to bed soon. she wasn’t apologetic and also made me feel like I was against children when this is not the chase as I have a child. I just felt we could of had more of a better custom service answer or maybe asked if we wanted to change rooms but we did not have that offer. I said I didn’t want to be woken up early. to which we did by children running and banging doors at 7am.

All hotel doors need soft close mechanisms on them as they slam and wake you up all night long. If these were installed, guests would be alot happier. Walls are very thin and could hear guests in the next room speaking, plus hear their tv. Guests also not quiet late at night when walking the corridors at night, some with loud children, and then children also allowed to play in corridors early in the mornings running up and down. The hotel need to rectify these issues, having had the same issues during 2 stays, we would not try a 3rd stay.

Staff were friendly. Close to beach, free on street parking.

The bar guy with the mullet was a bit patronising I didn’t like him. I ordered two kids meal “chicken but got fish” it didn’t really matter kids eat it. Buy wasn't what we ordered. No salt or pepper brought to room with the meals. Apart from that I was completely happy.

Breakfast was really good. Personally I would have preferred my muffin toasted on the eggs Benedict.

The shower was hot but not overly powerful. I didn’t include breakfast and it was £25pp to add it on which I thought was expensive. Only has one small lift to reception & the buttons barely work.

The room was lovely, beautiful view of Fistral beach. staff were very accommodating. Room had tea/coffee & biscuits plus luxurious hand soap, hand cream, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Room was lovely and warm as well. Also had a mini fridge which was useful.

Parking is limited

Rooms are extremely comfortable. Hotel is very child friendly. Lots of things to keep children entertained Ami the restaurant manager was great and remembered us from previous visits. Short walk to the beach
