We didn’t realize until we were there that you can only have 2 on the property at any one time due to insurance so we couldn’t have my parents over for a meal as we were reminded of this odd rule. Not a big deal.

Great spot right in the middle of Ingleton. But also tucked into private gardens and with birds and peacefulness. Lots of space. Highly recommended.

The toilet flush made a loud grinding noise - not a problem at day time, but cant be used at night if anyone is a light sleeper

That we wasn’t there for longer.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little getaway. We booked it as we were doing the waterfall trail which is literally a 5 min walk away. Right in the centre close to some lovely restaurants and pubs. The property itself was done to a very high standard with an enclosed private garden that I would imagine would be glorious to sit out in during the summer. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning next year. Thank you ☺️

If you were unlucky with parking you might end up with a bit of a walk.

The property was spotless and incredibly well furnished. It also felt very tucked away and private, which was a pleasant surprise.

The smell of cat all around the garden. You couldn't sit out because of it, unfortunately, which is a great shame as the garden is gorgeous.

Everything was quality, very comfortable & beautifully decorated. The property is very well presented and in a superb position. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

What a lovely little cottage! Me and my partner stayed here for a hiking weekend but we were so happy with the quality of the cottage! We will definitely be coming back here, it’s in such a perfect location with the waterfall trail and other trails within close walking distance! I would 100% recommended this cottage to anybody looking, it’s an excellent value for money and we loved it. Thank you Tony & Anna!!

The Nicky Nook was just perfect. Brilliant location near to the Waterfall Trail. Set off the main road, very private and peaceful. The house itself was gorgeously decorated, really spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend and one of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in! Would 100% stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Super space, with garden a bonus. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, nice fluffy towels and good bed linen. Tony was brilliant at communication.Ingleton is a sweet little village with lots of facilities and you're right in the middle of it, yet its calm and quiet at The Nook!

The Nicky Nook was really easy to find, yet tucked away in a very quiet and Private location.Very comfortable and modern and well equipped nice seating areas out back for your morning cuppa or evening tipple! 10 min walk from the entrance to the Ingleton falls trail and friendly places to eat and drink minutes away. There's a shop a few doors down if you forget milk like we did-but a nice touch was when we opened the fridge there was a pint bought for us, thank you! We will return!

Fabulous property in excellent location, all local amenities within walking distance. The property was spotlessly clean, with beautiful decor throughout. Lovely enclosed private garden with patio area. We had some great walks in and around the local area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the bad weather. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic stay, the house was really handy for the centre of Ingleton with all it’s facilities and walks but was super quiet. The house was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy and it had a really pretty garden which was nice and private.

Lovely spacious, self contained unit in centre of Ingleton. Comfortable and tastefully decorated, it opens out onto its own private sunny patio/garden. There was nothing to dislike.
