How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

-Heaters not heating throughout the day, not really warm though. Not working in one of the rooms -For 4 rooms only one bathroom -One room is tiny comparing to other 3 in the apartment -No blanket and single duvet in double duvet cover -Trying to contact the owner but no response about the heaters etc -One of the rooms has the thermostat and fridge, others not.. I would assume for the bigger rooms this would be a standard -Bathroom with the bath - but only warm water/have tried to change settings but no luck
-Smart tv with access to netflix, yt, etc -Fan and hair dryer in the closet -Kettle and complimentary instant tea/coffee/sugar/milk -Two small mugs and a spoon in the room -Free WiFi

The location of the property wasn’t really great, and it was a bit hard to get there. The shared bathroom (shared among 4 rooms) was a bit not convenient and the sound isolation was not really effective, we were hearing the noise from other rooms. I recommend the owner to get an air freshener especially for the hallway, the smell there isn’t really pleasant.
The rooms were really spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and also clean. Tea and coffee were provided, also we found and iron and portable heater ( in case the heater isn’t working, but it was working well). The check in process was very simple and straightforward (it was self check in) and the owner was friendly.

The balcony didn’t have a key to lock it. There was a fridge in the room that smelt really bad. The tv remote didn’t work. It was so hot, the fan didn’t help in the slightest. No parking available No fast food places local open past 11pm. Not helpful.
It had a balcony. It was a big room. Buses constantly near by.

There is no member of staff on site. I think their presence is needed.
The room was clean and comfortable. Luckily I did not have to share the bathroom, as my room came with its own private facilities. Access to public transport is good, and also to shops.

A kitchen would be nice though or at least some plates and cutlery. Also the pillows are too hard.
Nice room in a flat. Clean bathroom. Quiet, good transport links to central London. Quiet. The housekeeper was really friendly and helpful.

Pillows could be better. Was impossible to sleep on them.
Very clean, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Checkin was very quick and easy and the location is very close to the centre and easy to get to. Nearby are very good shops.

I arrived back late from a work function and the front door was locked so unfortunately had to wake up another resident who let me in!
Check in was easy, clean room and bathroom facilities, very quiet neighborhood, easy train ride from London bridge - all in all a good experience

A little of the beaten track but a 10 minute walk brings you to the large Greenwich shopping complex. the space was very clean, very comfortable and extremely reasonable. Self check in and easy to find

No frills room. Clean but hot as hell in the summer. Tv in room but no channels and not a smart TV.
Close to the train station. They did provide a fan the second and third days.we.stayes there.

The desk area smelt a bit weird and the chair had stains.
Very spacious and organised. There was even a couch which made the space feel more like home, and the portable air conditioner was a good addition, especially during this heat.
