Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdom-Heaters not heating throughout the day, not really warm though. Not working in one of the rooms -For 4 rooms only one bathroom -One room is tiny comparing to other 3 in the apartment -No blanket and single duvet in double duvet cover -Trying to contact the owner but no response about the heaters etc -One of the rooms has the thermostat and fridge, others not.. I would assume for the bigger rooms this would be a standard -Bathroom with the bath - but only warm water/have tried to change settings but no luck
-Smart tv with access to netflix, yt, etc -Fan and hair dryer in the closet -Kettle and complimentary instant tea/coffee/sugar/milk -Two small mugs and a spoon in the room -Free WiFi

United KingdomThe location of the property wasn’t really great, and it was a bit hard to get there. The shared bathroom (shared among 4 rooms) was a bit not convenient and the sound isolation was not really effective, we were hearing the noise from other rooms. I recommend the owner to get an air freshener especially for the hallway, the smell there isn’t really pleasant.
The rooms were really spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and also clean. Tea and coffee were provided, also we found and iron and portable heater ( in case the heater isn’t working, but it was working well). The check in process was very simple and straightforward (it was self check in) and the owner was friendly.

United KingdomThe balcony didn’t have a key to lock it. There was a fridge in the room that smelt really bad. The tv remote didn’t work. It was so hot, the fan didn’t help in the slightest. No parking available No fast food places local open past 11pm. Not helpful.
