Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomCons: Was not easy to find the apartment which caused us delays getting to our concert. Walls are paper thin, woken up several times a night by loud neighbours and just heard people that were using the communal bathroom being sick every morning for 2 days. Stained mattress topper. TV freeview did not work. Pillows were too hard which resulted in 2 poor nights sleep. Room temperature never came below 23 degrees despite having a fan which also made sleeping uncomfortable. For what I paid I would not consider this stay good value for money unfortunately. Genuinely could not wait to leave which is a shame as I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
Pros: Proximity to 02 arena (walking distance / saves on transport fees). Clean room. En suite. Tea/Coffee facilities. Linen/Towels/Hair dryer/Iron/Fan.

Well I missed the shared bathroom part of the description or I would have never booked it. The bed was hard with only a pillow each. The TV’s wires were just hanging everywhere. Only two hangers in the wardrobe. The curtain rail looked like someone had thrown against the wall and hoped for the best.

United KingdomFor some reason the bed in room 1 where I stayed had bed bugs. Which made is difficult to sleep. I had one bite on my upper shoulder left. One bite on my left hand and one bit on my neck right side. For my last night I had to sleep with long sleved and shocks. So I didn't really sleep very well. I contacted management about it. Hopefully they will look into that so other guests aren't affected. Edit: The management tried implying that I should have reported the issue earlier, POTENTIALLY blame shifting. Or how i see it as. How does one report bedbugs before one sleeps in the bed? And if a bite appears on my body would you not rather I validate there's something biting me or accuse you of having bedbugs stright away. It's really disappointing to me that you'd speak in a way as tk suggest i was fabricating. It's disappointing I really like this property. And I've stayed in A LOT of different places. A LOT. Next time I will upload the images of the bedbug bites. Regards.

United KingdomFirst of all the booking in Greenish House was very unsatisfactory. We were very disappointed with it despite the high price we paid. No fridge, and the bed was too uncomfortable. It could barely accommodate two adults. One of us had to sleep on the floor using the beddings. Sadly the same thing happened when we booked the two subsequent bookings in Florence House, and in Sandrigham Hotel in Weston Super Mare. The room in Sandrigham has a small double bed which could not accommodate two adults comfortably, and again one of us had to sleep on the floor. The room is extremely small and we felt suffocated. No fridge. The hotel would not allow us to buy dinner. They promised to move us to a twin room but they declined cos they have too many bookings. We are now suffering despite the full payment we made. We can't pay to be humiliated. We demand a better treatment and our suffering must not be sustained. We still have have 4 nights left in this booking. We denand to be moved to a more human accommodation cos we are humans. We have to exercise our rights as consumers, either in Sandrigham Hotel or in another hotel with better and more humane accommodation. Can you look urgently into this complaint and sort somthing out to get us out of this misery. I anticipate a prompt response for this dire situation. Dr Ahmed. United KingdomThere was absolutely no hot water. Ran the hot water tap for 5 mins and not even luke warm water came through. Ended up having to boil the kettle and get my partner to mix this with cold and pour it over me whilst I washed - and vice versa. Pretty hilarious, but obviously not ideal. I messaged the property and asked them for either compensation or a part refund, but they never replied, so I had to escalate this to booking.com who were able to reach them, but they declined anything at all for the inconvenience. Annoying, as it would have been a fine stay otherwise.
The room was more spacious than I thought it would be, and there was a fan provided which was great. Also a few toiletries which was an unexpected bonus. Kettle and tea facilities, however no sink in the room so this needed to be filled in the shared bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but only one HUGE pillow provided which left me at a very awkward angle for sleeping, so ended up not using it.

Czech RepublicWe were very disappointed with the furniture in room, which was very worn. The worst was probably bed. We almost couldn't sleep on it, it was creaking and cracking with our every movement. We wrote to the staff but nothing changed. Doors were not sound proof at all, we heard everyone going to bathroom durin night or making call in a hall.

United KingdomI've stayed at this property before, but not the room with an ensuite. So this was my first experience with their ensuite room. i loved it, it's fabulous. The property is very clean. The management communicate very clearly. The room was very clean, the ensuite bathroom was nice. Towels and toiletries were provided. The towels are really soft. Teas, coffee sugars included kettle in room. I had a nice peaceful two nights there.

Excellent accommodation for a one night stay. Room was very clean and comfortable and access to it was straightforward too! Nearby ASDA and TfL bus connection was handy too!
