The accommodation was beautiful clean and bed was so comfy loved the location and we used the hot tube that was brill having that available. the accommodation had an lounge room which if you are staying longer a nice space to relax and added bonus the accommodation also had a mini bar that all rooms had access too. We will defiantly stay again :)

We were particularly impressed with the lounge area for guests use. There was also an honest bar which was a lovely extra (although we didn't actually use it) and an outside seating area for better weather. Everything was decorated to a very high standard as were the facilities in the room including a coffee pod machine. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in the area.

Master room didn’t have a lot of room either side of the bed. Also positioning of the TV was odd.

Notices all around the hall and public lounge stating quiet time 10pm to 8am. We were very disappointed and angry that some residents decided they were above these rules and continued being extremely loud until approx 1am. It was loud for us upstairs in the Paddington room with children struggling to sleep. For my elderly parents in the Victoria room (bedroom door directly off the lounge) it was unacceptable. It was the early hours before they got to sleep. While i appreciate these people where enjoying their stay, there also has to be some respect for other residents. This is what comes of having an unmanned accommodation? the rooms and overall standard is fantastic, we couldn't fault it. But sadly experiencing the disrespect of others we believe it could happen at other sites and because of this we wouldn't book with Barefoot again.

We stayed in the Paddington room and its excellent for parents with a young family. Our children were excited to have their own linked room. Especially proper beds rather z-beds. They loved it. The property is lovely and clean we couldn't fault the accommodation.

Boutique stylish finish to rooms, it felt new and clean. The 'Carriage room' offered a different from the norm experience.

Perfect location for our two night stay Very organised and clear checking in procedure. Paddington a great room with twin anex although a slight drain smell when we arrived in the windowless bathroom. Soon disappeared when used. We loved the quirky style of the communal lounge area. We ll be back in the summer to take advantage of the lovely outside space

Front door and stairs are quite noisy for downstairs guests, but i guess you know that because there is a "don't slam the door" sign lol, TV's could be bigger, on an adjustable bracket, more modern/up to date, and more central for equal viewing and more accessible ports to plug in computer consoles, USB sticks and HDMI etc. Honesty bar drinks and snacks are quite expensive considering there is a garage right next door and a local store which are a bit cheaper. A laundry area with washing machines, dryers and irons/ironing boards would be a nice touch for longer staying guests. And maybe a DVD or Bluray player in rooms with some movies to watch in case guests don't have a Netflix account, or books to read and board games to play in main area so guests can interact in the evening. Also a few mini microwave ovens so guests can make a quick meal at location and not forced to eat out. Windows are quite heavy and can be awkward to reach and figure out, I undid the catches and the window slid down making a big bang and was difficult to close it again, but perhaps opening the windows is not necessary as there is air conditioning. Perhaps a roof over the hot tub so it can be used during rainy days and lights so it can be used at night.

The building is very unique and would love to get to see all of the other rooms, clean and tidy accommodation with good options for different lighting. Nice variety of complimentary drinks, snacks and soaps, neatly made up and comfortable beds and lots of easily accessible plug sockets. Decorative walls and stylish furniture give a homely feel.

We lovely everything.

Great design, clean, comfortable. A new concept for us, let yourself in with an honesty bar. We also used the hot tub. We took our own drinks and nibbles and kept them in the fridge next to the honesty bar.

Stayed here for one night and couldn’t fault the whole process. Check in was easy, accessed key with lock box and self-check in. Had requested a fridge in room which was provided (in hindsight we didn’t really need this as there is a communal fridge just outside the room). Room was clean and comfortable. No noise overnight. Would definitely be back - will have to try the hot tub next time!
