From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Paul and his Mrs. provided a level of hospitality, care, and comfort that far exceeded anything I’ve ever experienced — even compared to the best 5-star hotels around the world. Every detail was thought of with genuine warmth and attention, making me feel right at home the moment I arrived. The location itself is absolutely perfect — peaceful, scenic, and easily accessible, making it ideal whether you’re looking to relax or explore the beauty of Wales. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the hosts. Paul and his Mrs. went above and beyond at every opportunity — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their exceptional hospitality made this more than just a stay; it felt like a home away from home. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Without a doubt, from now on, every trip I make to Wales will include a stay here — no exceptions. Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. The place is so cosy, you just feel at home when you enter the property, it has everything you need, even a welcome pack with food enough for two days' breakfast. Clean, comfortable, warm, and perfectly located for Mid-Wales, or the entire Wales if you have time. Highly recommended. I only regret not having booked more nights at this beautiful place.

Everything was great. Clean and cosy apartment, fruits and breakfast items ready for the morning. Couldn't ask for more. Paul met us at the arrival and saw us out when we left, very pleasant host. Highly recommended!

A pint glass would be great, felt posh drinking Guiness out of a wine glass.

Cosy cottage, great location, everything you could wish for was provided. More food here than in my cupboards at home.

All good, but the really special thing with this property is that the owner has gone the extra mile with small details, free breakfast utems, fresh flowers, spare toothbrush etc etc

Nothing that we didn’t like. If pushed I would say provide bath sheets rather than bath towels as they weren’t big enough to get around us.

Very beautiful and exceptionally clean property with everything needed for short stay. Every little detail is well think through, great facilities to cook your own meals, fresh local products for breakfast, even emergency tooth brushes if someone forgot to bring their own. Host Paul was very welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back again.

Only thing missing which is a common thing in all accommodation, is somewhere to lay your suitcase so it is easily accessed. Like a bench.Otherwise everything was just perfect 👌

From arriving we were greeted with a very warm welcome from Paul our host, the accommodation was spacious, clean and everything you could think of was catered for right down to the eggs and welsh cakes for breakfast.Lovely touch.

The property was 5 star. It was spotless, it had everything you could possibly need and was very well maintained. The apartment came with both food and bathroom essentials.
