4th floor was challenging and there is no possibility to wash hands in the toilet room. Difficult when the shower room is occupied.

2 bedroom with single beds was really good and there was possibility to heat water for coffee and tea. We loved the pub downstairs and breakfast was more than okay (included in the fee).

The staff is friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the city centre, on a street with plenty of alternative places. The bathrooms are nice. I felt very safe despite being in a mixed room with 28 beds. Great breakfast was included. Trains weren't that loud, and I was given ear plugs.

The rooms are on the smaller side, i.e. there's not much space aside from beds themselves. If you're travelling with a bigger backpack/luggage, you might be hard-pressed where to put it.

The hostel really has an excellent position for exploring the city. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items including soy alternative for milk. Also the hostel keeps with the theme with little walruses marking the rooms throughout the building, which is just a fun touch.

I feel they could somehow try to get a few extra toilets in there. There was 12ish people on our floor and 1 toilet.

Great affordable option so close to everything. Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great and the noise wasn't anywhere near as bad as we expected.

The toilets are quite small, but I understand this is normal in many hostels.

The hostel is modern and uses up-to-date technology for access. The location is excellent!

As expected, being located next to a raised train track with traffic going beneath, it is a very noisy location with no real decrease in noise during the night. The shower on our floor was very small.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and despite the noisy location I slept well. It is located very close to several nice restaurants and is ideal for London Eye and related attractions.

the location was absolutely PERFECT, I found that fact I was staying in a massive room with a bunch of beds really cool, also staffed were kind enough to let me in before I checked in once I left my bags to get a key.

There's no individual curtains in the beds making it uncomfortable to sleep if there's light.

Small rooms, with small and not enough lockers for 6 people. The noise of the trains was bearable especially if you've had a busy tiring day, it almost rocks you to sleep. But cramped dormitories with 6 people's sweaty feet wasn't easy at first.

Very friendly helpful staff. Luggage store for the day after your stay. Location good for Waterloo Station and southbank. Self catering kitchen.

All bedrooms are up steep steps so be warned! There's also only 1 toilet per floor so anyone who has any conditions where you might need to go quickly might be uncomfortable.

Loved the location and the price. The staff were lovely. The facilities were also really good especially considering the price.
