The kitchen wasn’t available to use until 8am.. which is reasonable! But if you’re an early riser desperate for coffee, you’re going out 😄

1 family occupied 3 beds in the 4-bed room. One of them told me to turn off the light because everyone was sleeping. I stumbled in the dark and tried to climb onto the bunk bed while I couldn't move because of their many suitcases. There was only 1 extension cord, but it was not given. My phone is dead. I felt really bad for them.

It's in a very good location. They are nice because they also gave me earplugs. Trains run continuously by the hotel. Staff is kind and helpful. The bar is also great.

The check-in time is 3 pm. In case you reach before that time and if you want to store your baggage in the luggage storage room till check-in time, most probably you will face a locked front door. And if you are lucky, someone will see you by chance, and will open the door. Otherwise you wont be able to enter the hostel. Sometimes door's passwords are changed, and the guests are not informed till we ask! There was no personal light, socket etc nearby my bed.

The bathroom and toilet were not clean. Anytime I went into the toilet, it was always dirty and unflushed. The train track was also a disturbance for me, I couldn't sleep until 1:00am, when it stopped.

Everything was fine.

The location is great, super close to various touristic spots, the subway, and many bus stops. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were modern and although for some reason toilets were very few and on upper floors, they were always clean and free. To be honest I didn't even know that there was breakfast included and it was good. I was late for my check out and the staff was super helpful and comprehensive.

The heater in my room was not working so it was a little chilly... There was not enough hot water to shower ( they gave us a heads up about it but still it was inconvenient).

In my recent hostel stay, I faced significant issues with the heating system. It consistently turned off automatically, leading to a sore throat and a cold. Requesting assistance through WhatsApp or repeatedly asking staff for adjustments caused unnecessary delays. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness in common areas, especially the door handles over my 5-day stay, raised concerns about hygiene. The unchanged bed linen during the last two nights contributed to an overall uncomfortable experience.

Almost everything. Sheets were dirty, the heating was never on and you had to ask everyday for it to be turned on, sometimes theyd turn it on and then off throughout the night. We stayed 4 days and 3 of those days THERE WAS NO HOT WATER to shower. When asked about this, there were no actual stuff to help out, just a guy who was nice enough to try and help but no actual answer or solution was given.

It is a 5 min walk to the London Eye/Big Ben. It has a bus stop right at the front door and the bar is really cool. The staff was really nice as well.
