The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the buffet breakfast as we found it was rather cold. What i ordered from the kitchen at breakfast was lovely though.

The staff were absolutely amazing, we came for our anniversary and they made it so special. We loved the leisure facilities and thought their booking system worked quite well.

We have LOVED our visit! The staff are incredible- a real credit to this wonderful hotel! We stayed in the lodges which were spacious, warm, private and comfortable. The grounds are lovely- we will definitely be back!

Sadly the Breakfast was World's apart compared to Evening Meal, Breakfast was bland and came without Toast which was a shocker as I had to manually sort my Toast out whilst my Breakfast was getting cold.. decided to skip it on our last day and get Breakfast elsewhere.

The room was huge, bed super comfy and shower /bathroom was equally as big, we had premier room from where the view was fantastic out to sea.. Evening Meals were super tasty and the service was great.. Highly recommend, if they sorted the Breakfast out it would be even better.

Small details, window in bathroom was banging and wedged cardboard to stop. Tv had flashing light at 3am. WiFi was poor. Beer lines definitely needed cleaning- really poor quality beer!

Fantastic hotel in wonderful location. Lovely, clean pool facilities. Huge room with sea view. Very friendly staff. Great base to explore local attractions out of season. We booked half board due to time of year and really enjoyed our meals

We were very confused with the dine-in restaurant and the pricing works, different menus, prices and ambiguous information was presented to us and It looks like lodging, catering and wellness were all separate businesses trying to win business from each other, I would suggest they sort this out for the sake of customers.

Nice location to stay for Eden, spacious hotel and grounds. Mixed experiences with the staff.

Everything. Friendly, helpful staff, lovely well equipped clean room, comfy bed, great food in an amazing ye olde restaurant. (evening and breakfast), spa facilities were so relaxing, clean, and had everything (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and swimming pool). External grounds were very well maintained, and the woodland walk is a must.
