The location of the property is perfect! Big car park located to the back of the property at a reasonable price. Just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Windsor. The decor and lay out of the property is to an excellent high standard. We stayed in the 2nd floor two bedroom suite which was absolutely fantastic!

Great location , in walking distance to Windsor castle , shops restaurants and train station. Well decorated room , very comfortable . Lounge kitchen area well equipped for making tea , coffee or having breakfast like we did .

I would have liked proper mugs but understand that recyclable cups are better for the environment and easier to replace.

Very comfortable and easy access to the main town. Extremely clean and tidy. A lovely communal room with access to a garden. I didn’t use this but it was good to know that it was there. A quiet location too.

We had a warm welcome from Marius on our arrival which also matched the warm and welcoming feeling you got from the house as you entered . It was beautifully decorated, you could see a lot of thought and effort had gone into the design. The owners had thought of everything from iron/ ironing board, hair dryer, with tea and coffee facilities in your room and downstairs in the communal lounge. The gorgeous white linen especially the big thick fluffy towels . Everything was of a very high quality. It was also very close to the town centre.

Fantastic stay! The room was super comfy, clean and with a nice design. The whole property had an amazing design to be honest, and the shared living down stairs was such a serene place, to just sit, relax and enjoy a wonderful book from their amazing library. You have everything you need, you are in walking distance from city center and castle and the checkin and checkout process cannot be easier! When i'll come back i'll will definitely book this again!

It is close to shops, pubs, the castle and the winter ice skating rink. It was really nice not having to worry about keys for the main entrance and our room. The communal space is beautiful. The shower room was spacious and modern.

The room was nicely furnished and clean. We were able to keep our bags in the closet under the stairs after checkout before we needed to leave for the airport so we could enjoy the town in the morning. When we returned, we appreciated the shared kitchen and lounge area where we enjoyed nice tea and cookies while we waited for our taxi to go to the airport.

Took a while to find the parking area, but once located all was as explained by the owner.

Lovely room on the 1st floor of this building in a terrace within walking distance to the centre of Windsor. The room was lovely with a full ensuite & top class fittings & fixtures. The owner wasn’t on site, but came in to meet us & ensure everything was to our expectations. The shared kitchen had everything that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Lovely and cozy place, just in front of the bus station (line 702/703 stops there) and very close to the Windsor & Eton Central train station. Complimentary water and lots of tea and coffee options in the nice common room. There is no reception, but the owner gave us his telephone number and was at our disposal for any questions or requests we might have, even making video calls if needed.

If you book the loft please be aware that the stairs up to it are challenging for anyone that finds stairs difficult as the stairs are difficult and pushing the door open is hard and you need to be careful. Car Parking is painfully expensive but there is no real alternative if you are driving to the location

Location was great - just a 10 minute walk to Windsor Castle and other sights. Room was spacious and well appointed. Wireless was very good

The stairs up to the room are steep and narrow and might be difficult to negotiate with a lot of luggage. There was also a bit of road noise at night heard from the front bedroom.

Well laid out and equipped for a small space (we were in the attic room), comfortable beds, and newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Bottled water and tea/coffee provided. Great communal spaces downstairs for relaxing, with more complimentary coffee, tea, biscuit. Walkable to Windsor Castle, restaurants, and shopping centre. Helpful host and good, prompt communication. Paid parking at rear of property (free overnight) and only a 20 minute drive to Heathrow.

If you stay in the loft it is very hard to get your luggage up the stairs! But that’s only a very small thing. It was a beautiful place.
