Gorgeous property, very comfortable.

The only slight downside, and this is being picky , was the garden suite which has two double beds was a bit snug for a family of 4. However, it was absolutely fine for one night only.

The location was perfect for the castle and town centre and just a short drive to Lapland UK. The decor was stunning and the suite felt very cosy and clean. Little touches such as bottled water for each guest and the short video to show directions to the room were very welcomed. Parking was conveniently just behind the property with plenty of spaces available The communication was excellent with the property owner.. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Windsor.

Mostly my fault but some of the communications were hard to find ie. Codes to let us in.

Loved the big TV, the beds were super comfy. We had the little separate building which gave us privacy.

There was one thing but its not worth mentioning, regardless Marius was straight in with a solution and very kind offer.

Marius was fantastic, Kept in constant contact (via Whatsapp), the bed was amazingly comfortable and with Sky TV (inc sports channels) in the room it was a lovely surprise extra vs the usual freeview hotels provide.

The room we were in was at the very top and stairs were a bit steep A bit of road noise was experienced but not unbearable

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

This property is an absolute gem, positively perfect in every way. It was 2 minutes walk into town. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated. No expense spared. I’d mentioned it was my birthday and Marius put a bottle of fizz in the fridge to celebrate with. Such a kind and very welcome gesture. If you’re staying in Windsor, forget the big corporate hotels and stay here. I promise you will not be disappointed. We love Windsor and when we return we shall always stay here from now on. There’s ample car parking behind the hotel, chargeable.

We were on top floor, lovely room but if you have accessibility needs the stairs are steep.

The scent of air freshener was a bit overpowering, thankfully not as strong in the room itself. We had the top floor room and I have to say it was a bit of a struggle to get up there with luggage, as the door is right on the narrow top step of a very steep staircase (no landing) and the door is self-closing, so to push the door open at an upward angle with suitcase in hand was a little challenging 😄 Also there is little soundproofing, so there is quite a lot of traffic and airplane noise.

Very clean, new and modern, well equipped. Easy access with code locks and good communication. Our teenager fell in love with her separate room, very cosy and with a private toilet. Excellent choice for travelling with a teen.
