Breakfast wasn't available which I knew beforehand. However, tea and coffee facilities were in the room. The location was very good. So close to the centre, Windsor Castle, shops and train station. I would suggest, however, that it could have been useful to have had a map in the room or instructions on how to reach the centre. I have to admit that when I received an sms giving the door code, I was a bit worried. But no problem at all and the other people staying there were so friendly and helpful. The weather was perfect and sit in the garden was very pleasant.

Property condition was immaculate, with tasteful decor Quality bedding linens, pillows and towels Wonderful common interior and exterior spaces, very well equipped Great security and access systems Excellent access to parking and easy walk to sites of interest, restaurants and cafés Tried to extend stay, but unfortunately sold out!!!!

Squeaky bathroom door but this was so minor as everything was fabulous

We loved the friendly greeting & staff. This was a quiet luxurious haven very close to Windsor cbd. Loved the decor, outdoor courtyard & super comfortable beds with lovely ensuite bathroom.

The two flights of narrow stairs up to the room which were tough to negotiate with big suitcases but it’s a very small point and part of what we signed up for so not a problem. It was well worth the effort!

The room and clean, comfortable, and bright. The communication before and during our stay was excellent. It made everything very simple and stress-free.

Room exceptionally clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Extras to make visit special, sky TV , filter coffee machine in shared lounge, access to shared garden which was really nice (sun parasol included), instructions/contact from Marius great. Location great. We would definitely recommend and return.

In high summer, the temperature in bedroom was not a comfortable sleeping level. Would be excellent in other seasons. Upper floors are accessed by very steep and narrow staircase, making it difficult to carry suitcase to room. No staff on site to help. However, the steep staircase is typical of most historic domestic residences. Just travel light.

Ground floor accommodation was comfortable. Facilities were very good. Outdoor garden/ courtyard was very welcome.

Wonderfully clean, beautiful decor and the host was absolutely lovely. I would 100% recommend booking to anyone looking to visit Windsor, it is just a short walk away from the castle.

We were on ground floor so no issues but there is a steep staircase if you are not

Great location - easy walk to either Windsor train station and all sites, super secure Wonderful staff - super helpful and accommodating with immediate response to any ?’s, great dining recommendations!! Lovely sitting/common area and outside area Room was perfect with great shower and a portable A/C cooling unit

Our room was lovely, it had everything we needed, including a kettle. Gorgeous garden and communal kitchen lounge are which was well stocked with tea, coffee, milk. The host Marius was very friendly and helpful. The location was just a few minutes from the centre. Windsor is a great place to visit, we stayed for three nights and the castle, long walk and other attractions kept us busy. Will definitely visit again. We travelled by car, which was directly behind the accommodation, it cost 16.20 a day. Or the train station is very close too.

The Windsorian Experience is a lovely place to stay. The Deluxe King was more than big enough for our needs. It is next to the road though, which was a bit noisy. The downstairs lounge and garden terrace area are also lovely spaces.

Hard to find parking..however once unloaded you need to turn around and go past the house and make a right turn at the next street… there is a pay to park car park . If some else goes to the back of the Patio door and holds it open … you can enter that way. There is no key in pad to the back patio from the car park.

Very unassuming when you first approach the building, making sure you read the email before arriving to get the code to open the door. Once opened, it’s beautifully designed and very open in the common area along with a huge sliding door with lovely paved cement blocks for the patio. Each floor has a room keyed with your code. All updated, state of the art facilities!

Police coming in my room when I wasn’t there and going through my case and wallet without calling me and telling me why,very strange,I have had no reason why it happened

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location was ideal, in the centre of Windsor, close to the station and the main streets. Beautifully decorated properly and extremely helpful staff. Would definitely stay again next time we visit Windsor.

Everything about the place is perfect. Accessible to a grocery store and walking distance to Windsor. The home was beautiful and immaculate. Housekeeping was super nice too. Lucian was communicating with me the whole time to ensure that we're happy with our stay.
