Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable! Probabaly the nicest caravan i've stayed in, decent phone signal for me too so wifi not required. Could not fault it, heating and shower worked perfectly well once i sussed it out.

United KingdomThe only one issue we had which isnt the owners fault its more booking.coms , we were looking for holidays in great yarmouth and this was a good 15 minute drive actually TO great yarmouth . We travelled from wolverhampton so it took us 4 hours to get here and didnt really want to drive during our stay but we were having to drive to get to actual GY again NO fault of the owners of the caravan at all , its more so booking . com
This caravan was absolutely stunning , really clean and spacious. The site was quiet and calm too , there's a lovely quiet beach just a 5 minute walk down the road and convenience stores close by The caravan had everything we needed and we couldn't have been happier with this booking , and they were dog friendly which is a huge bonus

United KingdomSince it was rented from booking.com through another private holiday agency, you dont have access to onsite facilities, which is fine for us amd is known already to us. Just be mindful future renters.
The caravan was really spacious, clean and no smell at all. Complete with all you need in the kitchen. I recommend the caravan

United KingdomThe heating (needed for our mid-September week) was efficient, but difficult to operate as there was no central wall thermostat, instead a very fiddly set of control arrangements on the boiler itself. This also meant the shower hot water was a bit hit and miss on some occasions, but overall the showers were spacious and pretty good really. The double bed mattress was a bit spongy and lumpy and the pillows lacked the comfort we're used to at home.
The interior of the chalet caravan was exceptionally nice .....just to our taste. It was really well equipped (we'd paid the £60 to have bed linen added i. e. pillow cases and fitted sheets) and included a wide range of kitchen tools, cutlery and glasses.....unusual in a rental property. The standard of windows and doors, blinds and curtains was really good....again unusual in a rental property in our extensive experience over sixty years. The TV was good quality and for us two was large enough and we used the DVD player every evening having brought our own stock of discs. There was adequate parking alongside the decking for a single car and the two chairs and a bench outside came in useful during our fine weather. The property lighting inside was exceptionally good. All in all ....we'd consider renting it again as it was nice and close to The Broads and the lovely countryside of North Norfolk. Note - we didn't use the holiday camp's facilities at all but next time would probably each buy the £9 passes for their indoor pool as an extra.
