One traveller but owner dealt in an awesome way and solve the situation.

Owner and workers. They help you with everything much further than in normal hostel, they become your friends and act like so. Helping with anything so kind. And the hostel itself. It is awesome how it reproduce a jail performance. One of the Best I have ever been. People/location/price/performance=100%

I chose Alcatraz Jail Hostel to meet interesting people and that was exactly How I had expected. It was clean. The owner and the lady (Elena)working in administration were really friendly and helpful. The location of the Jail is excellent. Thanks for everything. Real Jail is in your mind.:)

- Exceptionally clean for a hostel, especially the bathrooms - Hosts speak good english and can help you with pretty much everything -full kitchen -in the middle of the town, but in a quiet area - 2 min from shopping street incl supermarket - 10 min from metro - Towels provided which I find a rarity for hostels - You dont need to bring your own lock; lockers have keys I stayed there twice already!

Mano and Levani were both wonderful and personable and welcomed me like I was one of their own. They were so friendly and hospitable in fact that on my first night there, they served me a home cooked meal which I really appreciated. During my stay there, I've only gotten fond and friendly with the lovely couple and enjoyed the convenience and comfort of their wonderful hostel. Would recommend anyone to come and try this place. Looking forward to staying at Alcatraz during my next visit to beautiful Tbilisi. Mano and Levani, thank you and see you soon! Gayan

It was an accommodation that I found by chance, but the host couple were so kind, and they were oft en paying attention to the cleaning and internal conditions, so they were in perfect condition. Thankfully, I enjoyed the delicious homemade wine and whisky(it say:chacha). Separate kitchen facilities and rest areas were freely available, and the bathroom and shower place, so it was always clean and well maintained with a good scent. I'm not a good reviewer, but I recommend this place. No, I recommend it twice.
