Very beautiful and spacious property at a peak of all the stays in Gudauri. We booked a 1bhk apartment. They have a beautiful space with best quality amenities and an amazing view. They also have a car parking area in-front of the hotel which made moving in easier as it was heavily snowing when we reached. The process of check in and check out was very smooth as well. I highly recommend this place.

The wifi was really bad in our room, so I bought an extra esim. The pool outside wasn't so warm, and only one tub worked.

The spa was nice, Eva was 11 out of 10, and the very clean room and the location were great.

I think this is the perfect place for a ski holiday in New Gudauri. The apartments here are very good and well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable. The managing girl is very attentive to the guests' needs, responsive, and always available. This apartment hotel is well managed.

Great view of the slopes, ski in and out. Lockers for ski gear on site. Our room was not ready for official check-in time. Cleaners were still in our room after we had been checked in and wanted longer to finish their cleaning. It was very hard to accept as we had been without a place to rest since at least 4 am. The shower was not hot enough between 5 to 8pm, so we had many luke warm showers after a day in the cold, or had to use our bathroom during off-peak times. The kitchen had limited items, suited to 2 ppl, but we were a family of 4. Breakfast got a bit repetitive after a few days.. In general, the staff are not super friendly nor interested in getting to know guests. Ski rental shop has good gear, but we needed to make changes as our gear was not correct for our abilities. This location gave us what we needed, but I would be keen to try other places given the lack of vibe, repetitive breakfast buffet, and average room facilities.

Only issue was walking up the hill after a nihgt out in town but other than that it was superb.

Great location on the slopes for a ski in and ski out setup and the breakfasts were good! Has nice facilities and the spa is a must try.

The mattress was not comfortable

Everything was great! The location was excellent (near the gondola—so we didn’t have to walk much with our ski equipment). Every evening, there was a DJ playing dance music. The spa was also very good, with two saunas and an outdoor pool!

It would have been lovely if it was equipped with a coffee machine that accepts nespresso pods. I would even bring my own coffee pods if there was a machine. I think then the room would be perfect🤩

Friendly staff and spacious enough. Daily chilled music and locker rooms for ski and snowboarding gear. Great design of heating for the room that doesn’t make you sick. It is way better than the warm air heaters. Lovely bottle of wine as complimentary gift. Thank you

The only thing that could have been better would have been if the spa was included, rather than a separate cost. Appreciate it's run as a separate company but would have just been easier if 'everything' was included - small point as everything else was excellent.

Our apartment was perfect for a family of 4 - great size and perfect for a family that was here to get out in the snow, ski and explore. The location of the apartment is absolutely brilliant. Ski out onto the slopes, easy walk to the restaurants and night life - but far enough away from it so that we couldn't hear the music. Breakfast was included and it was awesome. Great way to start the day - lots of choice and always a smile on the staff. No complaints at all. The equipment rental downstairs, the spa that we didn't use and the Chalet restaurant. Everything you need is on site.

No heat regulation in the room. Also chair would be nice to have:) At breakfast we experienced lack of cutlery,cups for hot drinks and coffee but maybe it was just very busy:)

Shower cubicle leaks water. Elevators only hold a few people. Ski locker room very cramped. Two washing machines and no dryer? Kitchen only has cooker top, no oven or microwave. No coffee machine or pot. Only one bread knife and no other sharp knives. Bath towels are small size. Door key stopped working after some time and also only get one.

3 bedroom was good size. Building is ski in/out. Nice beds and linen. Good size balcony. Netflix and tv in each room. Eva is easy to communicate with on WhatsApp.

It is not connected to particular apartment because owner of restaurant is someone else but it has to be mention that breakfast was very poor . Although there was a big variety of products they were bad quality , not fresh and even old . We gave back toast bread (only bread available) because it has mold. Restaurant not recommended

Apartment needs refreshing but still it was very well prepared and there were everything you need during stay . The thing I missed the most was coffee machine. Location is perfect , views are stunning and help of Evgenia receptionist was great . We have got our apartment earlier than expected and it was very important because we had an early flight and come to the hotel early in the morning. We were able to leave safely our luggage also and take a walk to the "city". Ski in option is possible only when there are very good snowy conditions but reaching apartment from gondola service is just seconds .On the terrace you can admire good music (Dj was playing every sunny day) and have view on centre with all ski/snwb related facilities .

Only one elevator was working, and can only take up to 4 people at a time due to weight restrictions. This isn't normally a problem for us but considering the altitude and after a long day of skiing taking the stairs was exhausting. The room was advertised with a washing machine but there was none in our room, there was however laundry facilities on offer. The mattress was a bit old and not that comfortable anymore.

Location was great for Skiing, right on the slopes. Room was spacious and clean. Check-in and out was easy and smooth. Our booking included breakfast at the restaurant below, breakfast was acceptable with a wide variety.
