Easily the best hostel in Batumi - I visited some of the others before extending my stay, and none were comparable. Very modern, with excellent beds/baths/kitchen, and two common areas where you can work, chill or socialise with other guests. It's on a quiet street in the Old Town, just 3 min walking to heaps of bars, shops and restaurants, and only 1-3 euro to go to the train station, bus station or airport using the Bolt taxi app.

Wifi was just 2-3mbits, not more. (It's enough generally but I work as a software developer) I could stay more if they had better wifi.

Everything was great. The location of the hostel is really good. I liked the hostel and looking forward to staying there again! The staff was friendly (especially Elisabeth) You can even find some tea and coffee in the kitchen. The owner of the hostel gives them to the guests for free. The hostel was clean. The room where I stayed was comfortable and hot enough.

Overall, the hostel is quite crowded, mostly with Turkish travelers who come to Batumi for work or job searching. I recommend this hostel for a short stay, but not for a long one, as the constant crowding can be overwhelming. During my stay, I faced a few challenges with some guests. One woman, apparently due to excessive alcohol consumption, urinated in the room and left her underwear on the floor. Another man made me uncomfortable by disturbing me both in my room and in the dining area. Although I was satisfied with the hospitality from Maria and the manager, I found the other two receptionists to be aggressive and nervous, and they could benefit from specialized training in effective communication. Additionally, while the cleaning lady was kind, the cleanliness in my room was lacking. My trash bin was never emptied, and the room was only vacuumed twice over the entire month.

I stayed at this hostel for about a month, and I was really happy to meet the manager and Maria. Both were very kind and welcoming.

İ didn't advice any one to set in this place specially solo travel women , its a horrible place they didn't have the minimum of human being , while we sleep there is a man come to our room wakeup us although its a girls room

//Be careful don't leave anything there because they never back it to you!! // The location was great, clean and complete kitchen, friendly people, also I really liked that safe,unfortunately on the last day after I washed my favorite underwear, I left it in the bathroom and emailed them and asking them to keep it for me, they said we found and keep it till next month for me but they lied, when I back three weeks later I was told we threw it away yesterday!!! Be careful not to leave anything there because they won't give you back

The room had no window and there was a slight smell of dampness.

The location is the advantage of this accommodation. Everything is within easy reach. The 24-hour reception is also a plus in terms of security. The stay went very well. The accommodation is accommodating and being able to book a private room for a large number (4) is great, especially with a private bathroom. There was little light though and a little smell in the room of dampness, but it was enough for two nights. On the last day, the staff were accommodating and we were able to leave our luggage to enjoy and have a locker.

Although it says air conditioning included in booking.com, the owner took away all the remotes of the air conditioning and because our room has no window, we struggled to have some fresh air and the room was cold at the night. Also, they didn't give us any bathroom essentials, which is a requirement for us to use the shower. It is possible to state that the room was open for the transformation of any noise, even whispering, so the isolation was in poor quality.

It was in a perfect location, and beds were comfy.

The maid staff and the female reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful, when you need their help and they don't speak English. The male staff was nice and helpful but he was not there all the time when I was staying. Plus the shower was cold. Terrible.

No vibe, loud people outside the windows all night, windows had to be closed at all times when it was dark. Very little tips and tricks from personnel, overall average at tops.

Family room didn’t have a window like promised . Well, technically it did but it was a small one to the street where birds nested, and a size of a a4 paper. In a ceiling, no way to close that. Booked for a 3 nights. Cancelled last two in an hour after arrival because of really smelly toilet and a room full of mold. Promised tv they had but not an antenna chord. It wouldnt help because the remote control was broken anyways. What a jail. After long conversation with the owner no refund was given because “it was too expensive” for them. After two weeks this is still going on. I just gave up. I agreed to pay the taxis etc but no go. Just avoid, customer service is just lousy. What a dump.
