The place was kind of dirty, especially in the bathroom and AC unit. Tons of ants were in the bathroom. Arrival was also very confusing, and no info about payment was shared until much later. Then, when payment was collected, the host initially asked us for more than what we owed. Wifi also only worked in waves.

Cheap place to stay in a convenient location. It was comfortable, and the appliances worked. For the price, good value.

Authentic homestay that's on a hill overlooking the town/city. Comfortable room where I got plenty sleep due to its quiet location. Shower/toilet was shared, but lovely hot water. Wifi wasn't working, but I doubt that was the property's fault.

There were an issue with cold water - in the shower you could use only hot water which made it pretty much impossible to shower, there were no duvet - only thin blankets

When we arrived the remote for the AC was not available and we had to wait 3 hours before getting it. Despite the host knew at what time we were arriving, the fridge was not on. If was not easy to communicate with the owner or at least the lady who is in charge of housekeeping.

the studio was well equipped, located in a quiet area but still at walking distance from supermarket, green bazaar and old town.

We were trying to communicate previously to ask for the aeroport transfer as they stated to provide it and they never replied. At the very end they said they would be waiting for us during the night as our flight arrived late, but it was not finally in that way. We arrived in the middle of the night, there was not any sign of the guest house and we felt as if we were thieves reaching a private house. Actually it was scaring. There was not any sign of which was our room, we phoned twice and heard it was ringing there so it should be the proper place. Finally a guy woke up and indicated us to enter a room. No instructions there neither, apparently no reception in the house neither. The mattress was very uncomfortable, actually there was one over another one. The room was smelly. We heard the guy snoring. We booked it because it was less far from the airport than others but we definitely would not repeat it.

- Dirty - you can feels the rubbish on your feet and see the spots in bathroom - The big towel instead of blanket Actually, this room is boarded with another host’s room. The door was blocked with refrigerator and had a windows in it, so you can heard the hosts and the light can disturb you.

First off all, owner didnt answer on my calls and text messages when we arrived, I thought that we will stay on street, in the end he woke up and let us in. Place wasn't clean, bedsheets didn't seem clean as well, one big towel for two persons. Dog smell in apartment. You couldn't close toilet doors,so you had to listen other persons business. No hot water. Overall if you stay for one night you can tolerate this situation, but for more than one night wouldnt recommend this place for this price.

Best thing was location, very close to centre. It is nice that you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Free wifi. Lovely and friendly dog Chapa.

There is no microwave oven

All are good for that price and the chapa (dog) is very very friendly kid's will like it but the microwave oven is missing that is an important for make hot the food remaining all are excellent

Not the cleanest room I have been for sure.

The owner was friendly and easy to communicate if you know some Russian. The room was not very far from the center of Kutaisi. There are plenty of buses near the house down the road. Warm room with AC available.

Super easy to find, clean and had everything we need. We landed the day of arrival and left early in the morning and accidentally completely forgot to leave our payment there. Host was very understanding of our mistake and helped us pay him via the bank - we are so grateful for this!!! Future visitors don’t make the same mistake as we did :)
