The view of the snow-covered Caucasus peaks and the Gergeti Trinity Church was stunning. The room was spacious and very well maintained. The heating worked perfectly as well. We had a long drive to Kazbegi and this was just the resting space we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed walking around too. The hotel is very close to the town centre so in terms of supplies and food etc, it is very well connected.

Everything was fine. If I had to be picky, perhaps offering breakfast would have been nice, also having the log fire on in reception.

Hotel feels new so everything is clean and modern. The views of course are stunning. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Rooftop area on the top floor with hammocks and amazing views. Very warm.

What they offer they provide and more

Certainly for our stay it was a "Best View" of the very Magnificent Mountainous Scenery of the Caucuses. The Hotel location was convenient to the town centre. The host was wonderful. Sometimes simplicity trumps other locations that offer the appearance of more but actually detract from such a beautiful location. Stay here , stay simple as you will , and you won't be disappointed.

This is a fabulous little hotel, with lovely decor and detailed finishing, the best we have stayed in our whole trip. The view from our room to Kazbegi mountain was superb! We were made feel very welcome by the owner, her kindness and hospitality was very appreciated. There is a kettle and refrigerator in the room however we were invited to help ourselves to coffee and tea in the hotel bar at anytime. This included a great Turkish coffee maker, which was much appreciated as an alternative to the usual instant coffee in Georgia. Easy parking on the street, and a supermarket and baker a short walk away.

Indeed the best view! Liked the hummock lounge for relaxing. Great for the value. The lady at reception was very lovely. Location is excellent, even a 100m could make quite challenging in this town as it’s very hilly, but this accomodation is just 5 mins walk to the main Street where you can go grocery, bakery and cafes/restaurants.

Shower could use a curtain or something to keep the water from splashing to the rest of the bathroom. Not a dealbreaker but it would be nice :)

Amazing view, clean and new facilities, and very friendly staff. The staff didn't speak much English, but this was no problem; we used Google Translate with each other when we had questions, and they were very ready to help. No food onsite (you can buy wine, beer, water, drinks on site though), but it's a short walk to town -- about 10 min. depending on where you're walking to.

The view is fantastic, the rooms are clean and the host was super nice! We forgot some things after our stay and she arranged for other travellers to bring the package back to Tbilisi - super responsive and reliable. Amazing value for money and the best stay during our Georgia trip!

It was the coziest hotel I've ever stayed in. They have a very cute lobby, that makes you to feel like you're home from the beginning. Location is very close to the bus station and city center, balcony view is amazing and host is really kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and hot, despite the temperature in the outside was -7 degree. Definitely would stay again 🫶🏻
