The property is located just a few minutes away from the centre. Our room was huge and clean. All the necessary amenities were provided by the owner. The host was delightful and helped us with everything we needed.

Everything was good as per the money

I like the apartment, where you have gas to cook, washing machine and chiller. Near to city and the owner was flexible. We did early check in around 11 am.

The climb to get there is a bit steep but doable. The bathroom shower could be improved.

The owner is very friendly and seems a nice person. We had good discussion. The room was big and clean and it was just renovated. Wifi was working fine. Supermarket nearby. Very close to cable car to Mtatsminda and beautiful Rustaveli avenue. Good position to visit everything on foot. I had a good sleep as it was quiet during night.

The host is super friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. You will get kettle, cuttlery, plates, towels etc in the room. The location is close to the city center, but the guesthouse is on the hill so maybe you would want to call the taxi to get you back😅

There is nothing bad.

First of all, it is in the city center and in the middle of all historical and cultural tourism. The neighbors are nice and quiet, the biggest feature is that it is a family place. Married couples and families can come here with peace of mind.

The owner wasn't there all our accommodation time, and the room wasn't ready though it was already check-in time! He asked his neighbor a kind woman on the first floor to take the money, quickly clean the room and prepare though it was not her job, so everything was quickly whatever was done like ok! The small corridor between the room and kitchen/bathroom is cold, no heating, same in the toilet. The room door lock is spoiled..in bad condition, so you barely can lock it after inserting the key and rounding it many times! It needs an immediate fix!

You have full privacy which is important, the room is warm and spacious with a closet. The location is perfect, just 1-2 minutes walk from 3 main supermarkets and 5 minutes from the main street of Rustaveli-Liberty square.

Hot water in the shower was almost too hot, it would've been nice to have a bedside lamp. Small complaints!

We had a great stay here. A clean spacious room just off a small courtyard, close enough to the city centre that we walked there daily and located close to the funicular railway which sits a bit further up the hill the guesthouse is located on. There is a private bathroom, although it isn't ensuite, it's just outside the room and easy to access. We enjoyed sitting on the sofa on the balcony outside the entrance in the evenings, despite being so close to the centre of the city it was incredibly quiet. Great value, we'll be staying here again next time we're in Tbilisi!

the location says it is in the center but keep in mind is a medium way going uphill, just in case you bring a big backpack, otherwise it’s a nice walk. the shower only has one-option temperature which only the host can regulate.

it’s super confy and the frontyard you enter is beautiful. you are close by to the funicular, 5-10 min by foot from the room. the guy was helpful and really nice person. the neighborhood is convenient

Georgi is a nice man, amphitryon. He picked me up at the airport which is very convenient when you don’t know the city and it’s topography. The guest house is located in the upper part of Tbilisi and it’s very nice. The room is big with excellent mattress. Even mentioned as shared bathroom, bathroom was only for me ( the other room has its own bathroom). Flat is very clean. The washing machine is also at your disposal, after of course asking the owner. The yard is very friendly. It’s true you can hear the neighbors n the yard but it’s part of life. Tbilisi is a very pleasant capital , and a Georgi is too

A very good location with a great owner! They have a small kitchen for us to cook light meals and even a sink in the room which is convenient for me to wash after I had my coffee! Even prepared plates and utensils on the table! The bathroom are really HUGE which I was kinda shocked. Clean bathroom and there's even a sofa in the room. Is a good deal with this price ! Would recommend anyone to come here and stay !

during the day the neighbors were very noisy. they had children and one mother was yelling at them every day. the bathroom was not private although the owner said that this bath is for me. it was in the common area and someone was going into this bath every day. it is so sad for me because i was looking for a room with a private bath

there was a big room with a comfortable double bed. it was quiet at night. it is a good place not far from the center. there was free parking on the street.
