Getting there (as anywhere in Bakuriani) isn’t easy due to traffic, but having its own indoor (paid) parking is a great bonus

I had 4 people booking, however we get there 3. For three the room was perfect, but if 4th person would appear it would not be comfortable

The rooms are not very spacious, and unfortunately, fresh air doesn’t come in even when the windows are open due to heavy traffic pollution. The air feels heavy and difficult to breathe until late at night when traffic finally dies down. This makes it quite uncomfortable, especially during the evening and morning hours.

As a boutique hotel, it was very neat and cozy. Our room was a suite with its own kitchenette and all amenities. There was a smell of fresh wood and it felt very new with a minimal and calming decor. Whatever we needed, the staff supported right away. The morning breakfast with the beautiful snow outside was perfect. Have to say I liked their playlist too :D

The hot water was a major issue. Staff “fixed” the issue(after several reminders) but it didn’t heat properly or turned cold quickly, which was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and served delicious food.

They didnt came for room service, several time i asked from reception and they told me ok sure, but no body didnt came.

The communication from the staff could have been better. I tried to change my check-out date from the 4th to the 2nd through the booking app, but it kept saying the date was not available—even though I was shortening my stay, not extending it, so that response was incorrect. I asked the hotel staff for help twice. The first time, I was told it wasn’t possible because I had booked through Booking.com and needed to contact them directly (which I did, but even after 5 days, I received no response). The second time, the reception staff said they had messaged Booking.com to clarify and would update me, but I never received an answer. When I followed up to ask about Booking.com’s response, the staff member pretended not to understand my question. This situation was frustrating and could have been handled more professionally.

I liked the hotel's location, cleanliness, and the restaurant, even though it was a bit pricey.

Water pressure sucks, the beds are pretty small for two people. It does not have a yard or an outside area, where you could actually enjoy the nature, which is the biggest reason to go to Bakuriani.

Wifi was non existant. Had to reconnect every 3 minutes. TV also had some problems and we couldn't turn it on either
