A great place to relax! Very cozy and clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was comfortable, with comfortable furniture and all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased with the attention to detail and care for the guests. Excellent location, all the main attractions were within walking distance. I will definitely come back again

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The place was super clean, and it's just a quick walk to the city center, which was really handy. The host was so friendly and made everything feel really welcoming and easy. The rooms were nicely designed and very comfy, photos match reality 100%. I also liked that you could pay for extras like coffee, breakfast, and minibar stuff without any hassle using contactless payment. It was really quiet too, so I slept great. There’s also a shared living room with a sofa, big windows, a table, and a small kitchen — perfect for chilling out or grabbing a coffee. If you’re after a cozy, clean spot in Poti, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We didn't like that the room was next to the reception area on the groundfloor, but still, it was quiet and no issues.

The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Also it was very convenient to have a clean shared kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare food/drinks. The location was good and close to the light house.

My husband and I spent one night here and were delighted with the room, the friendly service and the quiet location. The complimentary teas and coffees in the reception area were a real bonus, the air con worked well and there were mosquito nets on all the windows so we could open them without fear of being bitten. The room was really well appointed, it felt modern with contemporary lighting and furniture. The staff were so helpful to us with printing out our bus tickets. It was only a 10-minute walk to a restaurant where we had our best meal in Georgia (the Bristol), and for breakfast we enjoyed a fantastic burger opposite Central Park in the Carrefour supermarket complex. I had followed Emily Lush's recommendation (www.wander-lush.org) to reserve our room at the Express Inn and we are so glad I did, it was wonderful! 👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Located conveniently near the city center, it boasts brand new, impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. The common areas are infused with a lovely fragrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled to find several types of coffee machines available, ensuring a perfect cup every time. My stay was truly enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience.

Sometimes Wifi was slow. But I had unlimited data on my phone so it wasn’t that much of a nuisance.

I normally don’t leave reviews for my accommodations but this was perfect experience for me. It was slightly over my budget since I’m a solo traveller but it was more than worth the price!! Not only was it very clean and modern with a perfect location, but it had the best service ever. When I couldn’t find any open restaurants due to the easter season here, the hotel kindly gave me a free ride to take me to an open restaurant, and it was such a heartwarming experience. The hotel also offered me a free ride to the Marshrutka station, when I couldn’t order any taxi from the apps. This is comparable to 5 starred hotels service, but even better when they just asked to help me for free whenever I needed help. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of my room, but it surely was the cleanest and the most spacious room I’ve ever had and the best experience so far in Georgia. Thank you again for your kind help!!

The doors squeezed too much when you open it with card. We were worrying not to disturb our neighbours (I think, sound isolation wasn’t perfect).

Location was nice, modern design, all you need for living. Soft bedding!!!) Not outstanding but tasty breakfast, they serve it in the lunch box containers. Clean rooms and common hall.
