No Heating..The Guesthouse was sooo cold. The air conditioning unit was so high up that the heat was not really circulating. This was March..Heaven help me if it was December to February

Great find..Just 15-18 minute walk from Airport Bus Stop/Kutaisi Tourism Centre and Wendy's Fast Food Chain. Reserved quiet man took me in and given a HUGE Double Bedded room. Basic it was but for 2 nights it was okay. Free genius breakfast was yummy and thoughtful. Safe area as like whole of Georgia. Free Tea and Coffee lovely! Shop just round the corner.

In general was clean and cozy and very affordable. There was no buffet but was pretty decent breakfast for its money. Shared bathroom was clean and spacey. And we liked the terrace. Around 10 min on foot to city centre.

The apartment is a short walk from the closest bus stop, but the neighbourhood is friendly and not so loud. There are shops at the end of the street and check out the restaurant Shpana on the corner.

A nice room with a fantastic view. There is a balcony, access to a kitchen with all the usual facilities, and an ensuite bathroom. The host family are friendly and there is generally a nice atmosphere.

As the name suggest, friendly little guesthouse a bit outside the city centre (~15 min. walk). The host woke up early to prepare us a nice breakfast, right on time to get the marshrutka to Mestia.

Actually the apartment‘s just like its name—friendly. I like the enviroment in the yard and suite with retro looks. Breakfast is full of loveliness. Their homemade wine is tasty. They don't serve us watermelon or any fruit for breakfast.

When we reached, there was no water in the washroom and the electricity was coming and going. That was bothering as we reached there after 8 hours travel. I will recommend owner to fix a bidet in washrooms so that Muslim visitors will choose this guest house as their preferred place to stay in Kutaisi. There is very small Air conditioner fixed in the double room which is not able to cool 2 rooms. Fix another AC in other room.

Its an old vintage house decorated very nicely by the owner. The host is very friendly and supportive. The location of the guest house is good. The host provided us very rich and luxurious breakfast.

It is a very good value for money, considering the high quality of everything and its location in a city. The owner shall be proud on the breakfast (very tasty and balaced) and the way he runs the business. It is about offering the best to tourists for a good price. This is the only way of remaining in the tourism industry in a country that recently started to be a tourist atraction. The breakfast and the quality of sleep were the best we had in Georgia in one week of travelling around from south to north. The comfort of the bed, all renovated, air conditioning, flat tv, wifi, quiet bedroom. Outstanding was the cleaness of the bathrooms, bedroom and linen. Hot water, free coffe and tea are always available. Location is good. It is easy to park in front of the door. Closeby there are 3 supermarkets and a place for locals (not a restaurant), where we had the best beef stew in one week of travelling through Georgia. I recommend the place to all travellers.
