The hostess was amazingly sweet! Even though we didn't ask for dinner, she still made some for us, and we had a nice night talking and eating together. Was a very nice homely experience and would reccomend to others!

This property was amazing!! Our room was absolutely lovely and was always so nice and warm after being out in the cold exploring for the day. The shared kitchen was great, we cooked dinner one night and always made breakfast and lunch here. The dining area was great as we got to sit with other guests during the evening, enjoying Georgian wine all together. The garden was amazing too, would love to come back again to sit in the garden during the warmer months! We extended our stay an extra night due to loving it so much :)

The place is a 15-minute walk from the place where the minibusses arrive, and it's uphill, so it might not be the most convenient for everyone.

The guesthouse is really beautiful, the garden in front, the decoration in the house and the overall ambience. The owner greeted us with a smile and was really sweet. The guesthouse feels like a real home with a well-equipped kitchen free-to use. There is also free coffee and tea. The room was comfy and clean, there is plenty of space and natural light.

This guesthouse is a perfect choice for your stay in Stepantsminda. It is very clean and comfortable, you have there everything what is needed, you can play chess or read interesting books. It is possible to use the garden, and rest there with a view on Kazbek in the good weather! And host is very kind and cheerful, as well as beautiful big dog!

Everything is good, if they put television inside the apartment then it would be more nice especially when kids have to stay in during rain. But still I recommend this property

This is a fully furnished apartment with a hotel quality beddings. Very clean and affordable. There is a washing machine and A well equipped kitchen. The owner is friendly and always ready to help. This is by far the best apartment i stayed to with a very affordable price.Thank you Gio-Nika.Hope to comeback here again soon.

Very friendly owner, peaceful location in a very nice garden, many plants in the house make the place homely, finally a shower that doesn'tset the entire bathroom under water, and a firm mattress with cozy blankets - the best sleep we had in Georgia! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Gionika guesthouse in Stepantsminda. The host was incredibly welcoming, and we particularly loved the beautiful garden – a perfect spot to relax, which is a rare find compared to other places. The availability of a bonfire area was a great addition, and the breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

The space was perfect! It was like a little studio with 3 twin beds, dining area, big bathroom, kitchen, and a parking spot. There is a space you can use outside and you have a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. We were really happy with our stay.

It's very cozy and friendly place. The best kitchen I have ever seen in a guest house. Very good kitchen equipment, cutlery and cleanliness in the kitchen! A very pleasant hostess. I feel at home in this place. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay. Everything exactly as described. Host gives you privacy and space but also responds with kindness and efficiency to any requests you may have. We stayed at Gio-Nika for 1 night. We arrived very late, around 11.30pm, and were afraid of not finding the way into the place. But everything was very simple and easy, we were met in person, and everything was arranged despite of the late hour. The hosts were very cordial. The location is also perfect, far from the road so you can't hear traffic. There's a nice small garden with hammocks we didn't have time to enjoy because of our tight schedule. Highly recommended!

Mattress wasn't the most comfortable but more than fine for two nights.

The hosts are very friendly. Communication in English was a bit tricky but worked out fine. They have a nice green garden with a view on Mount Kazbek. For 20 Lari you get a big and good breakfast. The entrance is from the bottom through the garden gate (takes about 10mins walk to reach from the bus stop).

The breakfast was little overpriced for a single adult.

Gio Nika was everything we wanted after a long drive from Martville. It was peaceful, clean, calm and pretty comfortable. The Hospitality of the Host Lady was lovely. If I ever get to go to Kazbegi again, I would probably stay here again.
