The property is situated at the centre of Tbilisi city. You can walk down and visit most of the places. All the restaurants and shopping streets are pretty nearby. The property comes with all the latest amenities. The staffs were good and helpful. They serve continental breakfast with a good variety of options . We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended our stay for another 3 nights.

Everything was perfect.

Very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and provided us with all that we needed. The location is in the old town, near all the attractions. We highly recommend the Graf hotel for a stay in Tbilisi.

The breakfast needs improvement, I felt like I didn't really have anything to eat in the morning. I ate a hard boiled egg, lettuce and bread every day

Location is perfect, in old town centre. Nice clean rooms. Bathrobe and slippers, kettle with tea and coffee in a room, free bottles of water. Very tasty breakfast, every day various. Friendly staff.

The property is new and very neat and clean. The breakfast was also pretty good the only thing that i would suggest is that to label each items kept for the breakfast. Its the best option to choose near the liberty square.

This hotel has literally nothing to complain: everything is functional, decorations are fresh, staff is super friendly and helpful. We were staying at a room at the top flour: it had nice balcony with a good view and hillarious bath in the room (a separate bathroom with shower also available) :D The location is great and when I visit Tbilisy next time I would try to stay at Graf Hotel again!

The hotel is centrally located and within a couple of minutes walking to the Liberty Square, the Medan Square, and to many other places around that area. The breakfast is decent. The hotel as well as the rooms are very clean. The staff are very pleasant, cooperative and helpful.

We stayed at Graf Hotel Tbilisi for 4 nights. Firstly, the hotel is very new. The rooms are very spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. There was never an issue with heating, and the water in the bathroom was quite hot. I found the breakfast to be quite sufficient. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can reach every place you need to visit within a short time. Despite being very close to the city center, it is located on a quiet street. We were very pleased with the reception staff at the hotel. They were all very friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted individuals. You can feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it.
