How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

No shelves or hooks in bathroom to hang clothes and towels

It's a new hotel. Very modern and very clean. It feels very comfortable to stay in. We can find everything near Graf Hotel, it is next to the center.

Climate control was confusing to operate. Housekeeping came quite late each day, past 3pm (might just be pot luck though).
Modern and new room, well designed. Smart TV, usb chargers. Great location, near Freedom Sq with many restaurants and more normal than the touristic old town. Bathroom and shower excellent. Service very friendly and helpful, beyond normal capital city hotels. Very good price.

good only need to be improved but still okay
Thank you so much guys it was amazing stay Starting from the staff ( Niko - Iraql - the cute girl in reception I can’t remember her name and big thanks for the man who was open the main door always for Us., they always support us and so professional to the work -room was cozy and warm . -Location is more than awesome 👏 it was 2 min to the center of Tbilisi. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍🏻

Not sure if it’s a regional thing but there is no milk provided with the coffee/tea which I didn’t like at all. But the kitchen gave me milk when I asked for the room so that was sorted.
Love that I could use my Netflix account to watch tv.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us on arrival. We left the next day before breakfast so they made us a lunch to take. The hotel is lovely and clean and had only been open for 2 months. It’s in a great location, you can walk to everywhere near by from the hotel.

The hotel is located near Liberty Square, so everything you want to see is very close. The room was very nice, with comfortable big bed and a clean bathroom. The personel is very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good!

Hotel is located in very central location. 2-3 min of walking and you will be in the heart of Tbilisi Freedom Square. It is brand new hotel opened less than a month. Everything was very clean, arranged, stuff were nice from reception until the cleaning people. Thank you.

We have stayed 5 nights. Hotel was in a great location in Old Tbilisi. 2 minutes walking to Freedom Square and 15 minutes walking to Rustaveli Theatre. The staff was very polite and friendly, they helped in everything we need. They also guided us for good restaurants and wine places 😊 Cleaning was done daily, staff is very very friendly. The hotel is a new built hotel, room and bathroom has everything you need with quite new equipmemt. We would definitely stay in the same place if we visit Tbilisi again! Thanks for Mr.Irakli for all!
