Lovely family home with comfortable rooms upstairs for guests. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in 3 weeks in Georgia. Absolutely delicious and plenty of everything!

The room is a little bit small. If you have a lot of luggage, it might not be enough room.

The host Katie is super nice and the room is very clean. She keeps it like her own room. Their family lives downstairs. If we have any needs, they always there. Only minutes walking away from the center of the town.

This is more of a personal preference, but the bed was a bit softer than I like. I have some back issues, so I usually prefer firmer mattresses.

I really enjoyed the view from the balcony; it was very relaxing to sit there and take in the scenery. The room was very comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The guest house is not far from the city center, and it's easy to walk there.

David ‘Armando Maradona' and his family are the true ambassadors of georgian tourism. We have felt sincerely welcome almost as if we were staying at our relatives. The rooms have everything you need and more, they are very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the best we had in our two weeks in Georgia. The common areas are great to relax and wind off from the otherwise bustling Tbilisi roads and cities. Thank you for everything!

The guest house is being run by a very friendly family. Breakfast (which I really recommend) starts at 9, but it was no problem to have it at 8 because I had to catch a mashrutka. The rooms are fine and mine had a very nice balcony. Within 5 minutes walk you are right in the "centre" of the village.

We stayed in the twin room no. 4 which had only a window towards the terrace which was fine. But when somebody smoked a lot on the terrace it permeated even the closed window. The other rooms didn’t have that I think and it’s not the fault of the owner. We still loved it there

This was probably the best guesthouse we stayed at in Georgia. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and Kate was very warm and welcoming. We had the homemade breakfast which was absolutely delicious- a must have.

Nothing we didn’t like!

The view, clean room, lovely balcony, comfy bed, big shower. The family who live and run the guest house were so nice. We arrived late as our car got a flat tyre, but they were fine. The communication was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful…we took our leftovers with us for a picnic. The father told us where we could get a new tyre too. It was very quiet there and I loved hearing the Golden Orioles singing, it sounded like a tropical forest!
