Daily Housekeeping was not done as indicated especially with all the rain and coping with wet and muddy floors. Bathroom and toilet is in one space so floors continuously wet. He had to ask for toilet paper everyday. Hand soap we also had to ask for as it ran out. We stayed in town but felt like we were staying on a farm with cows and chicken waking us up through the night. Sleeping was a challenge. Central heating was not switched on so we had to ask for and additional heater to get the room warmer . The bathroom was equipped with heating towel rails which also was not working so getting dry towels was a challenge. Shared Kitchen was awkward as we had to use the kitchen with the people living in the house while they watching TV so we never used the kitchen.

To share the kitchen with the family is for some people maybe not normal, but a typical guesthouse experience and everybody was really nice although that the husband doesn’t talk a lot, don’t worry he only speaks not that much English. The only thing what could be added are some hangers for the clothes in the rooms.

The room and the shared bathroom was super clean and the location close to the city center with the nice terrace was just amazing.

I would rate this as one of the top guesthouses in Mestia. Modern, very clean, great facilities for cooking if you want to make breakfast or coffee yourself and very friendly owners. Value for money is 10/10

The only problem was with the locks in the door - one was impossible to lock.

Nice location, close to the center of Mestia, but also in the quiet little street. Hospitable host, guesthouse is newly built and everything spotlessly clean, very well equipped shared kitchen, super comfy beds and spacey rooms. Excellent value for the price. We would definitely recommend and hope to come again!

The check-in process was a bit cumbersome - when check-in time is indicated from 00:00 till 00:00, I assume that someone would be around round the clock (we arrived at around 18:30, so nothing too strange). That was unfortunately not the case and we couldn't reach anyone by phone. Luckily, it got all sorted out in the end and after some waiting, so all is good. Just make sure you give them a call or send a message beforehand.

Very modern and clean bedrooms, nice (shared) balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains, close to "downtown" Mestia with its shops, restaurants and the bus stop. This was probably one of the most comfortable guesthouses on our trek through Svaneti.

Central heating not working but I was given an electric heater (so not a problem). Door to bathroom was difficult to close. Communication was a bit tricky but everything worked out.

The room was spotless, the beds comfy, everything new, good shower, insect netting on window, nice communal balcony.

We reserved this place a number of times before & after our hikes. I can just re-iterate how good it was and how we liked everything: very clean and spacious room; good & drinkable tap water; all pretty new and well designed; few steps away from the town center; host could speak English; had parking; big shared terrace with mountain view on 1-st floor. Exceptional price/quality ratio.

Best place we had around Mestia and one of the best we had in Georgia. The host was one of the few who could speak English.

The best value guest house we've ever been to! Everything new, lean and clean. Spacious and light room, large and comfy bed. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and odor-free; dried fast. Very friendly hosts. And the location is also superb, since the house is next to town centre, on the way to Koruldi lakes.

The host helped us with everything very nicely and we even got chacha as a gift! The Guest House is very nice and there is a great view from the large roof terrace. Our best stay in Georgia so far, happy to come back!

Nothing, stay was great! The only thing I could imagine to theoretically be a problem for some people is that you have to go up a small hill to get to the guest house. Nonetheless, its location is still very central, and I don't know why going up a small hill would be a problem for anyone traveling to Mestia.

Really great, modern guest house! We booked very late (at around 6 pm) and arrived ten minutes later, which didn't give the host much time to prepare our room. Nonetheless, she was almost finished and was very kind to accommodate us. The room we initially booked also wasn't available anymore - instead we got a better room with a private bathroom! The room itself was amazing - luxury comfort for a budget price in the mountains. The guest house is very modern, and therefore has great facilities. It was very clean and everything felt very nice. We can't say anything to the breakfast because we had to leave too early in the morning - but from our experience, awesome value for money! Would definitely stay again!

The owner was very unfriendly. When we arrived, he wasn't at home, and we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes. The kitchen closes at 11 PM and doesn't reopen until 9 AM, so even if you want water at night, you can't get it. On the second day, the water stopped, and we had to wash the dishes ourselves, even though the owner was aware of the situation and didn't help. Additionally, we were asked to vacate the room at 10 AM, even though our check-out time was supposed to be before 12 PM. I do not recommend this guesthouse—I left very disappointed.
