1. Very clean (Always wash blankets and towels) 2. The host is very kind. 3. Terrace view is good 4. You can go anywhere in 10 minutes on foot. 5 I can't find a cleaner accommodation in Signagi 6. The price is too low

That we had to leave so soon.

We liked everything! It was the first time we stayed at a guest house and it was everything we could hope for. The house and facilities were clean and comfortable. Cold/hot water, private bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need to stay for even for a long time like washing machine, we stayed for 2 nights. You can prepare meals for yourself in the kitchen. The big terrace gives you a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. Giorgi is very hospitable, simply a very nice person. He offered us homemade wine and chacha, fruits and vegetables. He is a great companion to talk to. Thank you for everything!

It was the best stay so far, the hosts are wonderful, the location is 5-7 minutes from the center, the rooms are exactly like in the pictures - comfortable, clean and cozy, the view from the terrace was amazing, had no problem to find it with a map :)

George was an exceptional host, offered us his homemade wine, chacha and homegrown fruits. The view across the valley was nice. With a very cute kitten who kept us occupied.

Staff was super nice :) rooms are exactly as on picture, really comfortable and cozy. There is perfect terrace to drink coffee or sit with friends to enjoy mountain view :)

Very quiet and peaceful location on the edge of town but only a 10 minute walk (if that) straight up the road to the centre. I especially liked having breakfast outside on the terrace looking out to the hills opposite. Friendly, welcoming owner. Spacious private bathroom with good quality fittings and spotlessly clean. Use of shared kitchen also a bonus.

Very design and clean guesthouse. The room is decorated with taste and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. And Giorgi, the owner, is really nice and generous : offering his homemade wine and fresh fruits picked from the garden.

It was not possible to order breakfast despite such information in the offer! The owner was only interested in collecting the fee.

I was kind of confused because I especially booked because the reviews talked about the great hospitality and the breakfast. The woman who greeted me was nice, but not extremely welcoming. I was hoping for some tips for the area, restaurants, tours, winebars and the like, but no. She couldn´t speak english, which is inherently not a bad thing since you can communicate via translate, but she wouldn´t really communicate with me at all. She showed me the room, gave me a glass of wine, that was it. When I asked about the breakfast she just said: „No breakfast." Altough I´ve read a lot about the good breakfast there. Mountain view is also quite an understatement with my room. Not that I really wanted or needed it, it is just false advertising in my opinion. If I had known all of that, I probably wouldn´t have booked there since there are many other great guest houses in the town.

Clean room, good air conditioning and cozy bed. I loved the terrace with the view, it´s great to relax!

Excellent hosts, an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the main sights. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very nice.
