Everything. Amazing view, the yard is stunning, lots of flowers and a clear view on the mountains. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets smell very good. We had a very nice stay, definitely recommended .

David and his lovely mom are wonderful host, helpful and really friendly. Breakfast was great, her mom cooked fresh meal for us in every morning. The location is really nice, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from your window. The main market / food / restaurants / pharmacy / bus station and etc are Just few minutes walk from.....saying that all what you needs are just in the walking distance.

David the owner was very helpful and friendly. He picked me up from the bus stop when I arrived and gave ma a rise to the trail head when I left. Above my expectations. The room is clean , comfortable and close to to the Main Street( up hill) . I highly recommend the place

Beautiful property with stunning view. Cute room with everything we needed, very central. David is a wonderful host and gave us lots of information. We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early but it smelt and looked delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful hosts, we felt very looked after. View is great from the upper rooms. Inside the room is super practical: holder for items in the shower, a heater, wardrobe, table and chairs plus also some on the private balcony! Breakfast is indeed generous and tasty (20GEL).

very closed to main square; clean, spacious rooms. nice view. tea/coffee tea provided in the kitchen. we were walking Mestia to Ushguli and could leave our buggade there for four days. Thank you!

Located near the Mestia’s center close to all shops, bars, restaurants, but at the same time in very calm area. You won’t be interrupted by noise from the center. Guesthouse located a bit uphill, but very convenient to walk, asphalted road and private parking slot for the guests. We very warm welcomed by David and his Mom. Very kind, open and friendly people! We had a really great conversations with David! The rooms on the second floor have great views on the mountains and Svan towers and private balcony, while rooms on the first floor have a great access to the yard with chairs, tables and hammocks under the old trees. Even during the sunny day it’s nice and chill there! Important detail! Order breakfast! it’s amazing. David’s mother is a true chief! It’s very tasty and made with love. We stayed for 3 days in Mountain View guesthouse and it was amazing and best guesthouse we stayed in Mestia ( we tried living in 4 different during our trip, believe me😊) in summary we have found the best guesthouse in all aspects and will definitely comeback! All the best!

The house is a few minutes walk up from Mestia's main street, has a lovely view of surrounding towers and mountains. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Room is large, clean and well ventilated, and bathroom comfortable. Good wifi and very good breakfast (at extra cost). Has a lovely relaxing garden where one can chill out with a beer. Would love to return for a longer stay and appreciate it's atmosphere more

The breakfast was delicious! It was georgian breakfast, Homemade and was varied and different everyday with fresh fruits, homemade juice, salads and freshly baked georgian breads. The family was very welcoming and warm, and we would defintely stay here again, if we ever make it to Mestia another time.

Our stay at Guesthouse Mountain View was so relaxing and comfortable. David was helpful answering questions beforehand about us leaving our car when we went to Ushguli. His mother makes an awesome breakfast with fresh pastries and eggs. We originally only booked one night, but added two more nights! The Double room with the mountain view had a cute balcony and all the rooms have a shared patio area. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the showers are clean with hot water. The location was also just far enough away from the main street so it's private and quiet at night. Mestia is small, so it took 5-10 mins to walk anywhere around town.

The staff was very welcoming and the overall environment of the hotel names you feel as living in a family house with everybody being this friendly and doing their daily chores in front of your eyes. Perfect quiet stay for a family or just to rest for a while with a delicious breakfast and good restaurants around.

ideally the patio door to the back balcony could do with a curtain as light from the front porch of the house behind comes in at night. There are rooms without a back balcony which wouldn’t be affected by this so possibly it was just ours.

Nice room with a big comfortable bed and good bathroom. all very clean and well presented. David, the owner, is very helpful and speaks very good English. They let us store our backpacks there to do the Mestia Ushguli walk, and his mum even sent us on our way with some free pancakes! nice big balcony in front and also behind.

There was no heating in the room which could be an issue in winter. Wifi also stopped working in the night abd started after I mentioned it to the host in the morning.

Very nice host and his mother who gave you such a positive vibe with her charming smile . The breakfast made by her was delicious.
