I thought it is a bit more in a center of the city, but you have to go for about 2,5 km to the actual Mestia. But if you have a car it is not a problem.

For the price you pay, I would say it is a very good guest house.

No air conditioning, but even in August it is not hot. It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel the first time.

Great place with a wonderful view from the window and secure parking. Great hostess, knows both English and Russian. Very tasty and big breakfasts! There is a heater in the bedroom. The hot shower works well.

I can't say anything unpleasant.

There are very kind and helpful hosts. The dinner and the breakfast were tasty and delicious. Many of the raw materials for the food (incl. milk, cheese and wine) are grown and produced by the family. The room had a good view and was comfortable. Some artifacts from family history can also be seen in the dining room/lounge.

The landlady is very nice and communicative. She felt like family. They make their own cheese and the breakfast is delicious. When we come to Mestia next time, we will definitely stay there again.

The owners are lovely and prepared a delicious dinner and breakfast, they took us to the centre of Mestia for free in the morning - a taxi normally costs 20 GEL. The beds were very comfortable and it was clean. It is a very peaceful place. The only thing is the walls are quite thin but I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time in guesthouse Lilat and definitely recommend it. It is not located directly in Mestia, which was great for us as Mestia is quite a noisy town, while this village is calm and serene. You need to walk 30-40 minutes to reach Mestia or take a taxi, the walk is nice though, especially in the morning. The hosts are communicative and helpful. They even prepared a very early breakfast for us when we had to catch and early morning marshrutka.

Nice and comfortable guest house near the center of Mestia. There is a transfer to the center by car, but you can also walk, the road is interesting and beautiful. The hosts are very nice, helpful, approachable, help and recommend the best for any issue. Breakfast is included in the price and is fantastic, enough for the whole day, it is also possible to order dinner, which was also very thorough and delicious. We had three rooms on the second floor, breakfast and dinner on the first floor in a beautiful and cozy living room, which also shows historical objects, as well as a fragment of the wall from the 10th century. The best place !! Guys, If you want to feel real Svaneti then choose this place! We lived in a family with hundreds years history, they have own Svanetian towers !! Own church with amazingly saved pictures on the walls ( insane, never seen that before!) Svanetian homemade food, wild Narzan water. Water pressure in the shower the best in whole Georgia)) Host drived us to Mestia and back every day, as we had private tour and our guide stayed in center, but we wanted to live in Lilat Gueshouse. Highly recommended! Will come to this place again.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

This was our best stay in Georgia! Traditional stylish houshold was renovated and adapted to the needs of the travellers, offering amazing quality for a great price! The room was super clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, even the linen was exeptionally soft! Our room had a private bathroom with hair-dryer and set of towels for each guest, and the room was equipped with a small electric heater if it gets cold at night, what was really thoughtful. From the window we had a view at the mountains and one of the famous Svan towers. A cherry on top was breakfast - extremely tasty and plentiful! If we come back to Mestia, we’ll definitely choose the same place!
