It was the best hotel experience in whole Georgia! In check in the staff kindly provided us perfect cappuccino and lemonade, the hotel have a good smell of Zelinski perfumes (as in the rooms). The room was perfectly organized - we have everything that we need! The bed was like a cloud!!! The restaurant was spectacular also. Everything was dreamy, thank you very much we will absolutely recommend to stay here! Staff 100/10 Cleanness 10/10 Style and vibes 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 100/10

The staff working for the breakfast and the restaurant need to be taught about good service. They don’t care about good service. My breakfasts would last hours as the food would be served at least an hour later - either the staff would forget the order and they would mess up the orders…terrible.

Restaurant wait staff were disappointingly shambolic in their service. I don't know if it was a case of orders being lost in translation or just poor training in customer service, but twice we had to wait unacceptably long for breakfast orders to arrive. On our first morning, my six year old had to be patient for over an hour to get her pancakes, and no staff seemed particularly bothered. In fact, when I pointed this out to the hotel's booking manager, he neglected to even acknowledge the matter. The food is good - excellent even - but the service needs a lot of work. Especially given the hotel's upmarket positioning.

Nice suite, well appointed, with a spacious bathroom and good rooftop views over the city. The location is close enough (walking distance) to interesting parts of Tbilisi while not being in the centre of the most touristy parts (which is a good thing). The restaurant serves excellent food.

Nothing at all!

We loved everything about the hotel. The interiors were done beautifully and everything was well coordinated. Loved all the greenery in the reception area and the restaurant. The rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The staff was superb and very supportive. The breakfast in the 7th floor restaurant was exceptional....one of the best we have ever tasted. We will definitely come back and also will recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Tbilisi.

This is where it gets weird. Overall everything was good but I never felt fully welcomed. In the restaurant I felt like the service was not great. No one really smiles, if you say thank you no one responds, I enjoyed the food but not the service. I think a little training in that regard would really go a long way. Lastly, in our second room the ac wasn't working.

The location was great, close to the center but not directly in the busy part of town. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The gym is a league of its own. Best gym I have seen in a hotel so far, hands down. The restaurant which also serves breakfast is really good. The food is really tasty. We had an issue with our room (it was a bit loud because of the restaurant on top) and the receptionist gave us a new room which was very nice and quiet.

Extremely stylish and clean place. Staff is professional, breakfasts are a blast, and restaurants on the top is one of the best in city. Just don't forget to make a reservation.

There is no direct entrance from the underground parking to the hotel lobby, which can be uncomfortable if you are travelling with a car and have suitcases. Hope that can be addressed in the future.

Nice, cozy hotel, with very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, very clean. We made a last minute reservation, everything was ready for us the moment we arrived, and the staff also helped with a very last minute restaurant reservation. Great stay!

We had a lovely time staying at here. Our requisite was to have a clean and tidy hospitable place to stay with the kids and infant. This place met all our needs and was happy with our time. The breakfast restaurant provided an excellent view and amazing food. We would definitely love to come back

The sauna was not working which was a bit disappointing as they should state that when booking as we mostly booked the hotel for gym and sauna. However, the gym was great - very spacious and clean with water bottles and towels available.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also great, staff were happy to make changes to suit your dietary requirements.

Nice hotel with modern (main building) and authentic atmosphere (additional building). We preferred the Delux room in Georgian style and it was a pleasure to stay there. Everything is clean, accurate and with taste. All stuff the room is according to the description. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the best restaurants in Tbilisi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Tbilisi. Everything was excellent – outstanding service, luxurious room, impeccable cleanliness, and the breakfasts were simply amazing. Each morning, we opted for a different breakfast, and they were all delightful. The hotel's location is conveniently close to the city center; we could reach it within 10 minutes. Additionally, the hotel provides fantastic toiletries. Overall, a wonderful experience!

our air-condition wasn't working and all the other rooms were occupied so no chance to change the room so they bring us portable heater which was quite annoying, also the breakfast we tried wasn't good enough
