Hot water decided stopping paying me a visit, so I had to finish bathing in cold water.

The location is awesome, it’s surrounded with trees and green areas, there’re also stunning mountain ranges easily seen from the area. The room itself was not huge, but it was enough for 2 to pass the time together. You have a big, full wall window with trees view and a stream under the house

Brilliantly located within a half an our drive from Tbilisi, Kiketi farm is truly a green oasis with lots of activities to choose from. The so-called three houses are super cute and also remote from the main buildings, making it an almost real forest experience! The onsite restaurant is lovely too, though the service could've been slightly faster.

We’ve enjoyed our stay very much. Great place for relaxation from city noise and fuzz. Very friendly staff! I loved numerous benches to enjoy views. Husband was fascinated with delicious kitchen in the restaurant. One thing is that we were lucky to be alone in the cottage with 6 rooms, otherwise we would hear everything happening in other rooms as the sound isolation is very poor.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiketi Farm! The atmosphere is truly unique – you feel like you’re a part of nature. Everything is so natural and peaceful, creating the perfect escape from the city. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and made with love. We stayed in the room called Hypodromme, and it was amazing. Beautifully designed with great taste, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. You can feel the care and creativity that went into making this space. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature in style!

restaurant staff no one met us and didn't even pay attention had to find menu ourselves dirty tables on the terrace it was 8 of march, ok. but don't you prepare for the holidays in advance so not to be understaffed?

the farm/hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull <3 view is bombastic horses, orangerie, people, vibe, location special thanks and love to the person who determined the location for the benches on the territory. Ideal benches for introverts/lovers of contemplating beauty :) food is delish!

the very dirty glasses in the room (to be honest, I was in shock, why they were so dirty), the absence of a bedside lamp. Also, the restaurant has very bad food at rather high prices (we had lunch and breakfast) and bad service (as if they were doing a favor to the guests).

I really loved my stay at Kiketty Farm. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. Despite visiting during the coldest time of the year, the rooms were incredibly warm and exceptionally clean. What impressed me the most was the authenticity of the cottages – they were originally dismantled in villages, transported to Kiketty, and reassembled to preserve cultural heritage. This approach truly amazed me. The restaurant was outstanding, serving delicious food. The vast territory was a pleasure to explore, with well-designed and comfortable walking paths. I also found the architecture fascinating – a beautiful blend of Swedish barn-style houses and traditional Georgian homes with intricate carved shutters. This unique combination made the experience even more special.

In the room there was no frige (or at least I did not find it).

Comfortable small house, with two terraces, warm and cozy, heating was excellent. In the morning staff brought us breakfast, boiled eggs, bread, honey, matsoni, apples and bananas, although we did not expected it (it is not pointed, that breakfast is included).

There was something broken in the space, we messaged the property and they arrived within an hour to repair it. Was fabulous.

The container is positioned just over a small waterfall, and the soundscape of the forest and the water is very peaceful. We saw many birds just from the balcony. And we got to see the cows going out to pasture every noon and every evening. It felt like a time out of time. Just lovely

I liked that my room was right under the river, so I was listening to beautiful sounds on my balcony. The territory around house was so beautiful for reading the books and meditation. It’s farming type of the rest with loads of photo zones for beatiful dresses . The views are awesome as in little Italy, the cafes are very testy. The stuff is extremely caring and polite. I enjoyed hourse farm, cafes, vinery and exhibition place with old furniture ♥️

I honestly couldn't find a single piece to fault.

My experience at this facility left such a strong impression that I returned for a second visit. I truly recommend it to all travelers. Here, you can see a beautiful combination of traditional village and modernity, offering exotic and contemporary entertainment experiences. The staff shows a friendly attitude, clearly enthusiastic about the smooth facility operation and ongoing development. Apart from the unique container-style accommodation, I heard of their plans to introduce treehouse rooms, a concept that greatly attracted me. I am readily awaiting my third visit and hope to return many more times in the future. A special thank you to Giorgi and Zuka for their outstanding service.

While my stay was wonderful overall, there wasn't anything specific that I didn't like.

I found the environment to be extremely pleasant. The room's design is unexpectedly modern and cozy. I highly recommend everyone to visit this facility at least once. It was difficult for me to imagine being invited to such a cozy and rural setting just half an hour away from the chaos of the City of Tbilisi. In the area, there are several activity options, including horses and a well-maintained farm in unique natural surroundings. The facility's design is very modern, with a bar, restaurant, and various entertainment spaces.

There was no booklet or brochure of the activities in the farm. Despite knowing that the farm is still under construction, we saw a stable on the last day of our trip which we would have visited

The surrounding area was beautiful and the location of the container was far from the stable and restaurant. We went in the winter so no green scenery for us and only snow but still we enjoyed and relaxed as planned
