ArmeniaHorrible breakfast, the utensils were dirty and not many options to choose from. Bedding was really bad too. I was excited to spend the NY here, Was expecting more from the property from rating and photos but was very disappointed in some places.
Location was good, staff too :) It had a parking so that was a plus. And we had a nice balcony!

RussiaAs soon as we got inside the room, we noticed that the floor wasn’t washed, maybe only vacuumed, because my socks turned from white to black. We also had only one towel for two of us in the room so we needed to ask the receptionist for the full pack for two people. One of them arrived towels had seen better times. And the bedsheets also had holes from the cigarettes even though it’s forbidden to smoke in the room. The breakfast was every day the same and quite poor. One day ants crawled around the cookies. Even though the breakfast is from 9 to 11, every time when we came at 10:30 there were either no plates, or no cups, or no glasses left. Only one day out of 5 that we spent there we saw a woman bringing more cups at 10:40. Other staff at the entrance of the gym or swimming pool was rude, didn’t explain anything and we again needed to ask everything we needed to know. A woman in the swimming pool approached us angrily when we were swimming without swimming caps. It’s better to mention it somehow to people before they enter swimming pool zone, no? Or to hang signs. Or to give caps in the entrance. I’m going to this pool on my leisure, it’s is not a training pool, is it. If it is, then why is it in the hotel. And why there’s a zone to sunbathe then. The swimming pool was the main point why we chose this hotel and not another. I checked all the dates, and the fact that the pool was inside not outside, and therefore isn’t closed in autumn, winter and spring. We arrived and went to the pool and they just told us that it was closed for two days. We were very disappointed, because I chose the dates carefully to be able to swim, and because no one tried to tell us that before our arrival. We waited for two days and tried to use the pool again, and we were told that the water was changed there and now it’s so cold that impossible to use the pool.
The location is nice, just in the centre. Even though the gym was not new, it was still comfortable and there was a lot of equipment to use. The beds are comfortable but we didn’t understand what was the gap between the beds - like there were two single beds together but it was mattresses. The staff at the reception was nice but we needed to ask every step because they didn’t tell about the opportunities their hotel provide - like where is breakfast, gym, swimming pool, how to use tennis court. Cleaning women were also nice and always left us water and toilet paper, because the time for cleaning was not convenient for us.

AustraliaStaff weren't rude, but came across very disinterested at check in/check out, no smiles, looking bored on their phones. I get that hotel receptionist isn't a dream job, but its basic customer service, and when you have been travelling 7 hours in a bus all day it would be nice to be greeted pleasantly. I even walked off in the wrong direction to my room after checking in and no one stopped and corrected me, just went back to their phones... Hotel room was very tired looking.. But bathroom had been renovated.
Gym and sauna are decent for a hotel, this made it worth the money (although they were both paaacked!). Use of gym and sauna boosted my rating of this hotel. Bathroom was decent, and blackout curtains made for a great sleep.

The hotel located on the perfect place in the heart of the city close restaurants, shops, metro stations, etc which provide a perfect accessibility. Also the manager was quite supportive and changed our room on request to a bigger room

Location - quiet place, but just 100m from metro station , many shops, bakery, cafes and restaurants, central part and old town just 15 minutes by public transport. Good facilities! Clean and comfortable stay! Good breakfast! VERY helpful, hospitable and professional management , in particular Экатирина/Katerina is always willing positive and willing to assist, to provide useful information and to find solutions and help.

GeorgiaI checked in 6pm and checked out 12:30 or so… the swimming pool was till 10pm..i thought it was 24/7,we still didnt care and decided to use it but tue chlorine in the pool was too much,people were too much in d pool making noise,doing swimming competitions wit their husbands,it was so displeasing to us,we had to leave

ArmeniaTo be honest, I was expecting more. According to the comments, they provided free wine there, but there was no such thing. The hotel staff did not know Russian or English at all. The cashier at the reception was doing a terrible job. The breakfast was very small, for example, if you didn't go to the breakfast room at 09:00, but you went at 10:00, there was hardly anything left to eat. In short, I would definitely not go here a second time.
The only positive thing I saw there was that there was a swimming pool and that was it. Nothing more positive.I would definitely not go there a second time.

AustraliaThe hotel was very difficult to find. The street address was not sufficient to locate it. The room was very basic, and contained no desk. The hot water was not for several days. When I asked the front desk if they could offer me assistance with day trips, they said they don't do that. If you are going to sell yourself as a hotel, you have to do things like that.

ArmeniaAs soon as we arrived and checked in, the receptionist tried to send us to another hotel (let's call it X hotel), claiming that there are issues with water availability in the LM hotel !!after checking us in!! (apparently she somehow learned about that problem after inputting my passport details into the system). When I asked how come there was a hotel worker watering the garden, she mumbled that the water problem is limited to our room only. Sure... Being too tired to argue (drove 7 hours), we agreed to drive to the X hotel. Turns out the X hotel has no pool (one of the reasons we chose LM hotel). When we reached the X hotel, we couldn't find any parking spot as it was located in a very busy area, so I called LM hotel for assistance. After several unpleasant calls they called back and said that they can check us in, by relocating other residents to the X hotel (yeah, right...). As soon as we arrived, again, it turned out the water issue had been magically fixed. Cold breakfast with a very poor selection. Balcony view fully blocked by the roof of the nearby building. Many other issues, I am too tired to list now. Worst hotel experience I've ever had!
