Don't expect luxury, you get what you pay for. A squeaky bed in a small room. Take earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the dogs in the neighborhood can form quite the choir with solos by the rooster!

An economic option near the airport with a private bathroom. They are ok with check-in at any time of the night, we rented a car at the airport but apparently they can also pick you up there. They do not speak English but managed communication via a translation app and the husband speaks a little Spanish which was a nice surprise! They offer breakfast for an extra fee.

Wonderful place to stay. In this recently opened family guest house you find yourself in a welcoming homely atmosphere, so please worth it. The host is very friendly and responsive to his guests' needs and does his best to improve the place.

The picturesque location, complete with a lively dog and charming birds, adds rustic charm. Generous hosts provided delightful breakfasts and even drove me back to the airport, seamlessly blending care with convenience. My farewell, was a sing song and a kiss on the cheek. —I would stay at Mera hostel again, for its unique blend of authenticity, warmth, and a true Georgian adventure.

The location was very hard to find. Google maps guide to dead ends two times. The bed was quite uncomphtorable.

Owner was friendly and flexible. The animals, wspecially the dog were super.cute and cuddly!

Mera Hostel offers 2-3 basic rooms in the owners' house - don't expect a lot of intimacy. If you are a cleanliness-freak then look for another place.

Mera Hostel is located in a small country house in a village 15-20mins drive from Kutaisi airport (20 lari for taxi, 30 lari for transport offered by the owner). If you are after a feel of how people live in the Georgian countryside, this is a great place. Well maintained garden. Hospitable owners who went a long way to make our stay peaceful and comfortable. Upon our late arrival we were offered an evening snack. Good communication in Russian.

The bathroom was outside and to go there you have to leave your warm room in to the cold weather. Like a camping. The room price was 34, I gave 40, but the host doesn’t give back the 6, because she complained something against booking.com on her language…

Clean bathroom with hot water & very clean and warm room. The hosts are very kind and really want to make you feel comfortable. The location is great for flying to and from the Kutaisi airport, it is approximately a 15 minute drive. The super sweet dog is an added bonus to the stay. Highly recommend!

Cosy place exactly like on pictures. Nice and hospitable hosts, you will feel like you are staying at your relatives house:) Breakfast is highly recommended - huge portions and very tasty food. They are also providing transfer to the airport for a pretty reasonable price. P.s. All of the pets are sooo cute make sure that you'll have time to pet the dog for me once more

it wasn't a hostel, it was a small house in the middle of nowhere, with only one room. the hostel is located in a street where no one goes!! I asked for more information from the staff but with no answer and when he answered he told me no I won't send it to you because he knows that no one can enter that street (the cars) it was a very bad experience, in addition to this they lie to the people with the directions that are fake and ask you to come and get you to get more money

I couldn't stay longer because my vacation had ended.

The stay was more than wonderful, the atmosphere and the owner of the place are very friendly, the garden surrounds the room from all directions as if you are in a night camp among the trees and the quiet gives you more peace and psychological comfort. Of course I will visit this place again in the near future

The host has a little Zoo and very cute dogs. He will also get you to and from the airport without hesitation by car. Also you can get a really nice breakfast. We really enjoyed the night here and would alway come back.Thank you very much!

It's a great place, run by lovely people. 😍 it's really peaceful and relaxing. Public transport options are limited compared to Kutaisi, but they do offer transfer or will take you to a bus. The in-house food is great and affordable, there's a shop really nearby.

My intention was only to provide helpful feedback for future visitors. Unfortunately, the location is quite far from the main city, and there are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance. Additionally, online food delivery services are not available in that area.

This place is best for only Airport Transfer or for a one night stay.
