AC was shutdown for almost my stay only they on it for 2 or 3 hours. So many Drinkers in 13 beds sharing room. I was told 6 beds room but it was 13 beds in one room. Too hot no fan as AC was not even cooling

staff is poor. No-one could speak English. I paid at a property for a higher rate than the one displayed on Booking and for a 12 beds dormitory instead of the 8 beds dormitory I booked.

Insects (bugs) of all kinds...

The hostel is characterized by a perfect location. Cool travelers from all over the world also meet. The biggest disadvantage was the insect problem (was also confirmed by numerous roommates), which apparently already happened several times. This is why the rating is so bad and the hostel cannot be recommended.

There was a cigarette butt on the floor of the bathroom when I checked in, it was still there two days later when I checked out... Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Mouldy and covered in dirt and hair on all surfaces, they looked like they hadn't had a proper clean in weeks or even months. Everything stank of cigarettes, even my towel smelled strongly of smoke after hanging in the bedroom for half a day. It was also noisy and hot, and the long-term guests (and staff) had little respect for other guests, coming and going through the room to smoke on the balcony with the door wide open and chatting freely well past midnight. I've stayed in many hostels and generally have pretty low standards and expectations, but this place was genuinely depressing. I have no idea how this hostel had an 8.0 rating at the time that I booked, would not recommend at all

Staff was very unfriendly when we arrived. Had not the room we booked (instead 8 bed it was 13 bed). We had the only room with balcony, during day and whole night people were using it for smoking and chatting loudly. Smoke smell in the room, no toilet paper in the morning, no staff available when needed (toiletpaper). Very dirty rooms. Russian men who behaved like boss in the hostel, directing people what to do. After the night had red bites, maybe bed bugs or something else. Worst hostel ever.

They gave me a smaller bed than normals without informing. I am 1.95 meters high. The bed was smaller than me and they should just need to inform me. That would be enough. I could cancel my reservation.

Worst hostel in the world. When i check in, i ringed the door for 30 minutes and nobody answered. Then somebody inside opened door and i sit inside else 15 minutes for reception come. They don't speak English. There are 15 beds in one room and nobody clean the room. It seems and smells like refuge camp. Toilets dirty and smelling. There is dog running around idk who is the owner. One Russian guy constantly stay there and talk with the phone until morning. When i warn him, he looking like me like i sweared him. Other people talking too, until deep midnight. Nobody respect each other. There is so loudly voices coming from outside also.
