In living room, a rusty radiator spoils the overall picture. The view from the windows stops in a lane formed by the property wall fence. The yard and the rest of the buildings belonging to the owners look unkempt. Very difficult communication, because the host spoke only Georgian and Russian, but by phone, with a lady who seemed to manage from a distance, you can also speak in English. Without breakfast, the price is a bit high.

Large, clean, nicely furnished apartment, well equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Friendly host. Very helpful and necessary share location received.

A little hard to find

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. Location is good and apartment is very big and comfortable. Host were also very kind and helpful and explained everything very nicely. Definitely recommend for your stay in borjomi

Good hospitality by the grandmom who treated as a family and loving took care of us. She ensured comfort for us and was emotionally bonded, even tough she spoke in native language but was able to communicate easily. Room was very spacious, neat and well equipped with all facilities. It had a separate bedroom and a studio living room. Safe and secure, and all restaurants are in walkable distance.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. (Bring own toiletpaper though). We could easily walk to the Central Park, restaurants, shops and public transport. The host was so thoughtful and picked us up from the bus station and shared good information with us.

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotless clean, In a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors are built with love and perfect taste . The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality.

It is difficult to find - we were sent very clear directions by the owners but we still needed to ask as it is down a residential street, perhaps, in the future, a sign could be made?

The apartment is brand new and huge. It is attached to the main family house and they are incredibly friendly. The location is about 10 minutes away from one of the recommended eateries’My House’. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the park and the main attractions. Would highly recommend this place

The living room and kitchen were nice, clean, and functional. The bathroom was looking good, but without soap, and the towels had a blood spots on them. We used the washing machine and it was good. The main problem for us was the bed. It was very noisy, very old, with old mattress and old blankets and sheets. We ended our first night with back aches, and asked to cancel the second night, politely, but without explaining the problems (we were embarrassed...), but the host didn't let us to get refund, even though it was off season. So we ended up going to a hotel nearby for our second night. Another problem that was annoying is the wifi, which didn't work the first night, and after we told them got fixed, but went off again the next day. As for the service, the English they knew was very very basic. If you know Russian you'll get by. The old lady is very nice and welcoming. They have a dog that will bark at you when you get in. Generally - if they'll replace the bed and sheets - it will be a good deal in my opinion. The house is renovated and clean. They need to take extra care of stuff like towels and WiFi.

The floors could have been cleaner, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. I also found the price a bit high for what was offered. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend this place during the summer for those who sleep early, as the neighborhood is quite noisy. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We stayed at this guest house recently and found it to be centrally located, exactly as described in the listing and matching the pictures. The host was friendly and ensured that all the amenities were available, which we appreciated.

The listing was dishonest. It promised bicycles, microwave, oven, and many other amenities that simply did not exist.

Family owned apartment. They are right next door. They make an effort to give a good feeling and help with what is needed. At the same time, the apartment is hot and not ventilated at all. If you open a window or door for ventilation, the apartment is filled with insects and mosquitoes. The neighbors are very noisy until late at night
