It gets pretty cold in winter. There is an air condition which provides heating, but the whole building doesn't seem to be made for winter days. Access to bathroom through outdoor hallway, bathroom itself not heated.

Very nice owner, nice and quiet location. Very good breakfast and dinner, all home made and partially out of the own garden. We booked two nights and the owner let us cancel one without fees, which was very nice. Probably a perfect spot in summer when it's warm.

We shared the bathroom with another guests and unfortunately we had a bad luck for hot water under the shower.

Beautiful stay run by family. Plenty of farm animals. Very close to the river. And delicious food!!! Great lemonade and wine. We slept very comfortable. Host was so nice that they prepared a breakfast to take away for us (we were leaving very early). Way to the guest house is also very good marked.

Everything!! The property is so pretty. Nestled in a small village, but the amenities provided are so modern. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. But the best part was the host. They were so friendly and treated us like family. Offered us drinks, food and their home grown fruits.

The shower had an unpleasant smell and the water flow was weak. The rooster woke up early in the morning, but that was to be expected because it is a village.

The place is very nice, clean and quiet, in a rural atmosphere, with animals of all kinds, with access to the river. The owners of the house hosted us very nicely, generous and nice, we had a room with a private shower and toilet, with a balcony with a beautiful view. Rich and varied breakfast. The owners of the house spoiled us with grapes and fruits.

If you want to experience true Georgian hospitality, Odo’s Guest House in Martvili is the place to stay. The accommodation beautifully blends antique charm with modern comfort. The food is incredible and is home made, they also grow their vegetables and everything is local—being Georgian myself, I can attest to the high quality and authenticity. Breakfast, which is included in the price, feels more like a lavish feast. The family running the guest house is exceptionally kind and helpful. The property boasts a vast backyard with a restaurant, winery, garden, and various animals, including some exotic ones. There's also a river with a campfire pit and comfortable chairs, perfect for picnics or relaxation. With several canyons nearby, Odos Guest House is a must-visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Georgian culture.

We recently had the pleasure of spending two wonderful days at Martvili Odo’s Guest House, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cleanliness of the place immediately stood out, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, with Natia being the highlight of our stay. She is incredibly kind and intelligent, always ready with a warm smile and helpful advice about the area. Her presence added a personal touch that made our visit even more special. The guest house is perfectly situated, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Martvili Canyon and Okatse Canyon are just a short distance away, along with numerous other attractions waiting to be explored. The environment is serene and inviting, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and adventure alike. Our family is already looking forward to our next visit. The welcoming environment, rich culture, and delicious Megrelian cuisine make Martvili Odo’s Guest House a must-visit destination. One of the nicest places on our journey trough Georgia. Lovely and stylish rooms with very comfortable beds. Great food and wine in an old Style dining hall. Many animals around! The location makes it a great overnight stay on the way from Tbilisi to Mestia.

The air condition was not effective. The room was a bit uncomfortable during the day. While at night after rain, it became too cold without a quilt or top cover.

Staff dealing was extremely humble and helpful. Breakfast was very nice in taste and well presented. The room was equipped with an electric kettle. The view from the balcony was very refreshing. The rest room was well equipped.

The Wi-Fi is bad, really bad, and basically non-existent. It was very frustrating for us and our kids. There's not that much to do in the evening in the area, so not having the ability to stream a movie or just talk to our parents/friends was a big pain point. There's a smell of sewer in the bathroom in our room. The room doors are squeaky, so anyone who opens a door at night wakes you up. The shared bathroom is for two rooms, although when we checked in they said it was just for our room, but then other people started using it. The driveway to the place from the road is pretty steep and rocky, be careful!

The place is very nice, it has a country vibe, farm animals, and a great Georgian atmosphere. The rooms are basic but very clean, and the shower/bathroom is great. The hosts are great and very helpful. What a lovely family, we were happy to chat with them. The food at the restaurant was very good, we ate there 3 times. The breakfasts are amazing, always a bit different every day. The place is close to the Martvili canyons. We asked the hosts to find us a local driver who would drive us to the waterfalls - and they organized that someone came within an hour.

The wine was not as good as other places in Georgia ( we had stayed at Baia’s the previous evening). They seemed a bit confused when we first arrived as though they were not expecting us, the family member speaking English was not home at the beginning. As such we didn’t feel the homely feel that others had written in reviews
