Some beds were harder (less comfortable) than others, I stayed in 3 different rooms over a week's time.

The staff were accommodating, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was more then enough.

The downside was that we only got to enjoy breakfast once, as it was served at 9 AM, and most of our tours started earlier.

The location was perfect—close to meetup areas, restaurants, and markets. Our hotel room had a beautiful view overlooking Meydan. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

it’s could be just for my room only, but I found a few cockroaches crawling around. Maybe a quick pest control should do the trick!

International Charging Ports are not available, it was hard to manage Food names were not displayed in the Restaurant and it was hard to identify the foods Bottled Drinking water was not available

Almost nothing

One of the few properties I would to go back to stay once more. Great location at the top of the cliff right in the center of the old Tbilisi. Nice facilities. very friendly staff. Beautifull view from the balcony

Superb location, literally few steps from main tourist center and red bus. Downstairs nice cafe. Excellent breakfast plus fantastic view. Monumental quality building with lots of space

The Wi-Fi signals were very weak in our room 203, it worked perfect in the lobby but not in the room.

The breakfast was very poor I had it one day but skipped it the second. Also it does not start until 9am!! Minimal fruit for a country that produces so much - a poor show. Needs a bit of TLC.

Good location and the city view rooms have a great view but the downside is they are a bit noisy with the road traffic as you are close to a main road.

The room was spacious,airy and well lit. The balcony had a good view of the river. Room had everything that description mentioned and it was cleaned everyday. Excellent experience

Some of the rooms had issues with plumbing not being fully functional, which was a drawback. Additionally, the more affordable attic rooms, while economical, lacked windows, which could be a significant downside for those who prefer natural light and a view. These aspects were the main detractors from an otherwise pleasant stay.
