Our latest stay at this hotel was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our visit and stayed a few extra days in Mestia. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Looking forward to come back in few weeks!

We had yet another fantastic stay at this hotel! All hotel stuff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was mouthwatering, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and just a 15-minute walk to the ski lift. Being able to book a transfer directly at the hotel was a huge plus. This time, we found the airport shuttle service to be very convenient. The room’s furniture was well-maintained. The room with the fireplace was a cozy favorite, and the panoramic terrace offered breathtaking views. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable stay.

We recently returned for another stay at this fantastic hotel! Our host, Nino, was as welcoming as ever and made us feel right at home. The food was delectable, and the hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and the ski lift, which is just a 15-minute walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of booking a transfer directly at the hotel. This time, the shower was in great condition and worked perfectly. The furniture in our room was well-maintained, and there were no electricity outages during our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. The room with the fireplace remained our favorite, and the panoramic terrace offered stunning views. Highly recommended!

All was awesome!

Spent an unforgettable 5 days at Old Seti Hotel in the heart of Mestia. The location is simply magnificent – the windows offer a breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountain peaks and ancient Svan towers. The room was spacious and cozy. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and quality of bed linens. The room stayed warm even in the evening, with working heating and hot water. Excellent value for money. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience genuine Georgian hospitality and enjoy the majestic nature of Svaneti.

The staff were amazing. We had some trouble with our vehicle and Erekle helped us a lot, even though we had a language barrier. The host made us feel home in all ways.

The hotel itself is a bit old, few of the things were broken due to the age, but no major issues, everything was working fine.

Good location, close to everything. The staff was really kind, helped with everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was also good.

Quality of WiFi, but than it is a problem of the whole Mestia

Any hotel can provide comfortable room and hearty breakfast, but "Old Seti" went further - it's wonderful staff provided us with warmth and feeling of "home away from home". Thanks all for memorable experience!

Confusion with our booking and, firstly, we were offered a very small room in the annex but, on complaining, were given a larger room but also in the annex with no balcony.

Close to the centre, shops, restaurants and museums and also the Svan towers. Coffee always available. We parked on-site but think this may not always be possible as it interfered to some extent with guests sitting at outside tables.

It's a gorgeous, quiet family hotel in the center of Mestia. A short walk from the main street. Nino, Erekle and all their family made our stay unforgettable!!! Their help , attention to every request, and hospitality cause us to feel at home. Thank you so much !!!

There is no air conditioner. The rooms did not match the photo. Problems in the bathroom with drainage.

Everything! We travel insanely a lot! And it’s the best experience we have had! Stuff is incredibly helpful and friendly! We felt like at home with relatives around! Thanks to Nona so much for everything! Breakfast and dinner were super delicious and reasonable price!

Housekeeping work was quite poor, max 1 min/room, it should be improved or better do not provide during the stay if the work is so poor.

Housekeeping work was almost nothing just throw the new towels to the bed, but even did not touch the bed its 1st time in my life....

A couple of streets away from the main marshrutka drop-off area, and an easy walk to the main strip of restaurants, Hotel Old Seti's location is great for a visit to Mestia. A particular highlight of staying here was the owner - she is friendly and helpful, taking trouble to accommodate a few things we needed during our stay. Many thanks to her - she really is lovely! Breakfast is buffet style but varied and tasty, and set us up for our onward travel nicely. We liked it here at the start of our four-day walk from Mestia to Ushguli, so decided to stay again on our way back! Recommended.

A great little hotel in the centre of Mestia. The room was small but warm and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and served in a lovely room tucked away downstairs.

A cozy hotel built from a traditional Svanetian house and managed by a family, to whom it has belonged for generations. The building, made of stone and wood, boasts an excellent location. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent as well. Staying here becomes an integral part of the Mestia town experience!
