Parking. We booked the property with the consideration of a parking space in mind but the free parking is on a first come first serve basis. Your car might be blocked by another car and you can’t drive it out when you want/need to. We spoke to the staff when we arrived at the hotel in regards to car rental. The female staff confirmed that she could help us to get a space but when we were at the parking after we rented the car, we were shocked and the male staff told us that he couldn’t help and we asked for alternative paid parking but he wasn’t able to assist us. If it has been communicated properly, we would not have rented the car. It was rather stressful and we were so glad the car rental company was so helpful to assist us.

It is really nice and normal hotel, yet its price is a bit too high, but it is quite common especially for Tbilisi. You will get exactly what is written on their bio, just prices are a bit too high in the whole Tbilisi due to world crisis I guess

The hotel is run by very good people. Rooms look as they are on the photos. They are also comfortable and look good. Rooms on the 4th floor have many windows and really beautiful views.

since it’s located in the city center, there’s constant noise (loud music) until 3-4 am, so earplugs are highly advised

The only inconvenience was the small trash can in the room and breakfast was a bit late.

Loved it! First of all, staff is amazing. It seems they are about 4 people (I think there are about 12 rooms in the hotel). I loved the decor. Everything is nice and quiet, there is everything essential you need. I want to write a special thank you for the lady who cooks breakfast. Every morning there is a new option for breakfast, for example: meat pies, cheese filled bread ect. They ask you how do you like your eggs cooked and everything is made fresh. So pleasant! wonderful!

It was no balcony , but it was just big window . Rest was ok

It was in a very central part of Tbilisi .Room was small but it was comfortable bed , also it was fridge and kettle in a room and some drinks and snacks in a fridge for extra charge .Breakfast was tasty and fresh . Some dishes , like eggs were prepared in a way you like by your request - boiled , scrambled ect ....

The pictures did not justify the actual size of the room. No view from the windows and the exact location of the hotel is hard to find on the maps as the GPS locator shows the main road, while infact the hotel is in an alley.

The location of the hotel is very close to the main central area which is about a 2 minutes walk.

Great position, at 20 m from the main square of the Old Tbilisi. Possibility to have a private parking. Great breakfast with bread freshly baked by a local lady. Personnel very kind and supportive.

All is well

we liked everything about our stay. very kind staff, very clean, good location etc etc. Tamara is a wonderful lady. She welcomed us every morning for breakfast and cooks delicious food. front desk was also very kind and cute people. Room was exceptionally clean. About city, taxi is very affordable if you use Bolt or Yandex taxi app. I recommend to stay away from sight seeing busses. It is very short route for the price. There are lots of great art pieces near antique and retro bazaar.

Location is perfect, the hotel is in the very center of Tbilisi. Great breakfast: fresh vegetables, Georgian cheeses and dishes to order, which are prepared right in front of you: omelettes with fillings and other egg dishes, pancakes with various fillings, khachapuri, etc. The staff is very friendly, they help in everything, for example, if you need to order a taxi or a room in the bathhouse or buy a bottle of special wine. The room is made in the old style, while the windows, doors, shower and toilet are modern, and everything works flawlessly. I will gladly visit this hotel again. My best wishes to Tamara and Nini!
