Nice people working here, quiet, good place to socialize too, close to Hopa Market and cool places around to have coffee or play pool. Everything was clean, good price and more restrooms than the rest of hostels I have been in.

The oven doesnt work Bedrooms could benefit from dark curtains on the windows to keep the light out. Its a bit far from the old town, although there is a bus stop 20 meters from the hostel.

The place has all of the amenities for short or long term stay. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach and close to a couple large Supermarkets. No alcohol allowed in the hostel, so you dont have to deal so much with loud people coming in at 3am. Washing laundry is free and machine dry is 2 lari. A terrace for when the weather is warm and comfortable indoor common area that makes it easy to be social. Lots of electrical outlets available plus a small work station. Well stocked kitchen for doing your own cooking.

The hostel's atmosphere is amazing, it is a home away from a home. Nice people living here and administrator who is very helpful. The washing machine is free to use!

This is a peaceful, well-equipped hostel in Batumi Georgia country and I am happy, as a frequent traveler, to recommend it highly! The "Palm Hostel" has indeed everything a stay requires. The property is cleaned daily and you will find fresh linen and spotless bathrooms.The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing with everything you need. You are provided with free laundry and a practical workspace! The location is  central near the aqua park and beach. You are also within walking distance to a supermarket, a mall and many  restaurants. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. I truly recommend this place for your next stay in Batumi!

cool working space with 4 LAN cables - super comfortable and nice, in addition nice flower on the table and awesome map above :) that was extremely important to me coz I work remotely also it's free to use washing machine here which is perfect for travelers who couldn't fit much underwear in the backpack in order to not pay a huge fee for luggage in the airport

The room is quite small for 6 people. They don't have a signboard on the street so finding the location is a bit tricky.

The staff is helpful. It is located quite near the beach. The laundry service is free of charge. It could be good for someone but not for the others that they have a very strict rule for alcohol.

The only thing I believe they need to improve is to set a sign outside of the building. Because going there for the first time is a bit confusing if you don't have access to the Internet to message them. Otherwise, they are quick to tell you what to do.

The staff (Alex, who was a very decent guy, was the person I came to contact with), couldn't speak much English but they cared for what I meant and helped me whenever I had a question. It was absolutely clean. The location is one of the best ones in the city. In front of a square, where numerous buses have a stop. It was also just less than ten minutes away from the beach on foot and less than 5 minutes away from a big mall. The atmosphere of the hostel was this kind of vintage American during the 50's. But it was not overdone. The facilities were complete and all free. No extra charge.

Clean,cozy and specious common space. Homy vibes. A lot of supermarkets and bakeries are nearby in local area. The beach is walking distance. The staff were helpful. One of the best hostel for me:)

The only minor downside for me was the narrow lockable cabinets. A laptop or small items fit easily, but unfortunately, a backpack won't fit in the cabinets. You can leave larger items under the beds in the common room.

I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hostel. It felt very homey and comfortable. The layout of the rooms is convenient, with two bathrooms, so you can wash up in the morning without waiting in line. There's also a clean kitchen for cooking meals. The rule about labeling your food and indicating the date is a must to prevent anything from going missing. There's a great access to a street balcony, where you can relax on large sofas. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Everywhere you go, there's fresh air and cleanliness.
