The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were cozy, though the nights were getting cold, and the heating wasn’t on yet as it was still late August. Overall, it was a relaxing experience with great food and scenic hiking nearby. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat!

We stayed 5 nights and everything was perfect - room was fresh and clean. Mattress was excellent and bed linen was so comfortable, that I really enjoyed sleeping in this hotel. Breakfast was great too - it was good variety, tasty and different options every day. People are the best here - they really helped us with our needs. And view is 360 degrees mountains - beautiful.

The hotel was in the most beautiful spot and the view from the room was just amazing. It had good breakfast. We also dined in the property’s restaurant and the food was the best we had in Georgia.

Location exceeded our expectations. You can order many dishes of the local cuisine in the restaurant at the hotel. Time that we spent there was not enough to enjoy those stunning views of the mountains that you cans see from every window of your room. We took one extra night in this hotel. It's good place to stay if you have a car in your trip, so you can visit many places nearby.

Panorama Ushba has a very special location with direct views of Ushba mountain and surroundings. Owners are very nice and friendly. Room is basic (bathroom quite small), but warm and with comfortable beds. Good café for dinner as well. The area is gorgeous.

I enjoyed location by itself. The view was exceptional, Ushba mountain was literally in front of our window. Staff was very helpful. The owner of the place was caring and helped us with transfer from nearby village (The place where marshutka dropped us). We tried different food at the restaurant and none of the dishes disappointed us, delicious. Breakfast was filling. Different food was served every morning. My favourite were pancakes, wish they served it every day.

Panorama Ushba has an excellent location with picturesque view. Stuff was very friendly and helpful, greeted with smile. The room was clean, with comfortable bed. Food was delicious, reflect Georgian traditional gastronomy. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
