The front door always closed. You have to ring the bell to enter. Our room had no outside window.

The breakfast is really authentic. The stuff is nice and helpful. Easy communication via WhatsApp. 24h desk.

Nothing really. Just a heads up though, I once went out of the hotel and had to wait for a bit to get back coz the door was locked and no one heard me knocking. The issue was resolved with pace but it's good to remember to have their phone number in case something like this happens

It was a stop over hotel for me, I needed a hot shower and a bed for a couple of hours and the hotel was ideal for this particular purpose. It isn't far from the airport and there's restaurant next door. All in all, a good stay.

Hot water line needs a pump, as the hot water pressure was too low. No remote for the A/C unit meant no A/C; this is fixable and should be fixed. Room configurations are also very odd … but this is just the way it is.

Location is great; close to the airport, metro, and locations east of Tbilisi. WiFi was good enough for a 60+ min Zoom meeting, although this can vary significantly depending on your room’s location in the building.

There is a small step on the threshold to room 101; I tripped over this while carrying a bag into the room. This step should not be there; moreover, much of the lobby has additional such steps that seem to have no purpose. But removing them now does not seem possible.

There's no toiletries at all . Only toilet tissue. But its okay as it is very clean.

The receptionist (ladies) are always ready to help even if i dont speak the local language. The food is nice and freshly cooked by the staff. The room is big enough for a solo traveler.

No electrical outlets beside the bed (for charging my phone) or by the desk area (for charging my computer), although they did have them in the entry/sitting room area. The WiFi was also spotty ... I would suggest adding more WiFi access points, and using Ethernet cable to connect all of them.

I chose Paradise Hotel because of its price, proximity to Tbilisi airport, and that it was clean, simple, and quiet. It met all of my expectations ... it isn't fancy, but that wasn't what I was looking for anyway.

It would be nice if they put an electric kettle in the rooms so you don't have to go downstairs to get hot water.

It was very clean. The staff were very kind. They were very nice and even my baby liked them. The room was very big and had a small fridge too and had enough space to put our stuff. I definitely recommend this hotel .

You can't use the kitchen even for making coffee. You have to call someone to prepare the water for you. The room has no windows or balcony.

The stay was good. I liked the staff however in the beginning I was not feeling good after paying 25 GEL as penalty for coming early and my previous hotel also I arrived early and checked out 1 hour late without any penalties. Almost during any time you will find Russa is ready to help.

It should be classified as a guest house, not a hotel. The neighbourhood is not the best (but then again, I was disappointed by the entire city), the staff should learn a few words in English

The breakfast wasnt good. Better book a place without it. There was this woman who was super unfriendly. Although the breakfast was between 8-10 she made us come down from 8 am as she cannot handle when all guests are out. Well, I guess it was her problem. It was noisy all the time talking loudly The rooms are not cleaned during our 3 day stay at all.
